+ Bis auf die Raucherecke ,alles super. Für 3 Sterne besser als erwartet. Am Tag ruhige Gegend abends treffen sich die tuner . Mit bier dabei amüsant zu sehen. Ich würde sagen eine Studenten Gegend, viele junge leute. Das hotel ist super bis auf die Raucherecke . Die könnte man schöner gestalten. Fassbier gibt es auch nicht ,was schade ist bei der schönen bar,Frühstück ist ausreichend. Alles da was man benötigt. Gerne wieder.

Hôtel de qualité, bien placé et impeccable. + Hôtel de très bon standing, service impeccable. Seul bémol est l'isolation sonore de la fenêtre, Minsk étant une ville particulièrement bruyante, il ne semble pas y avoir de loi sur le niveau sonore des véhicules à moteur (autos, motos et autres sono à fond jusqu'à pas d'heure!) Le plus: proximité (200 mètres) d'un quartier parsemé de restaurants plus que variés et fréquenté par une foule jeune et vivante.

Disappointing Experience with Serious Concerns + I stayed at Willing hotel with modest expectations, but unfortunately, several key issues made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the front desk and staff were polite and helpful. The room itself was functional, though quite basic. However, there were significant drawbacks: • The on-site restaurant was not operational, and there was no room service available. The only food option was ordering a reheated frozen meal from the bar — hardly what you’d expect from a hotel of this level. • There was no safe in the room. Instead, I was told to use a shared downstairs room where a security guard would assist me each time I needed access. This was impractical and insecure, so I ended up carrying my valuables, documents, and devices with me at all times. • The towels were extremely worn out — clearly having survived hundreds of washes and long overdue for replacement. • Most concerning: I detected a camera in the room using a ded…

+ The hotel is very nice, with well-maintained rooms and services. It’s conveniently located near a metro stop, and there’s a nearby street full of places to have breakfast or dinner. The only issue we encountered was with the hot water, which wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to wait several hours for the repair, and perhaps it would have been better if they had offered to change the room. Due to this inconvenience, our room was not cleaned on the second day. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. The hotel is clean and overall well-kept.

+ No service at all. No possibility for early check-in without any fees , at 10 you will come and pay the money for the whole stay. Reception is not welcoming , just seems like they are doing their job, question for the reception why you choosing to work at such a position. Because of the stuff and given attitude towards guests we are not coming here again.
