Great hotel in Belarus + Front desk was friendly and responsive. Location excellent. Hotel was what I would call stately--old fashioned but really nice. Breakfast was included in our room fee and had great variety. I was surprised at how nice people in Belarus were. Bed was comfortable, room was a decent size, bath was marbled and had a full tub/shower. Free wifi provided. I would stay there again.

Great Hotel + Hotel was lovely as was the town, breakfast was really good and had everything that you could want. The staff were helpful and really tried their best to help if you had a problem, there English was very good and way better than my Russian. Only negative point was the Karaoke club on the bottom floor at closing time we had about 3 or 4 loud drunks that woke us up. Close the club and concentrate on being a first class hotel.

Pleasant Stay + We were traveling with a group and only had one night at this pleasant hotel, which had a wood paneled club feeling. The room was moderately large and comfortable with all the expected amenities for a hotel of this class. We particularly enjoyed the bar where we also had a light supper. The breakfast was fine.

Big disappointment + This maybe the best hotel in Brest , but it wasn’t worth going to Brest for...honestly, don’t go there unless you have to, for work , or something...in my opinion..not worth the drive time and no flights go there from Minsk ...

Wonderful Hotel! + This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in Brest, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are very nice, and the staff is very friendly. In particular, I must thank Varvara who was really great! The location is great as well.

Relaxing time + As usual in this hotel I find each time a great attention and good service, that makes the stay pleasant and relaxing. Had a dinner and lunch that were good with sufficiently wide selections. What should be improved is the spa... Location is good for all you need and close to city center.

Beautiful hotel,problem with bathroom and heating + I spent 3 days in this hotel during my trip to Belarus.Hotel looks very nice,it is clean and room I got was huge!Bathroom is spacious too but you can count on occasional sewage smell.Wifi worked without any problems.The only problem was heating which didn't work on second day when day temperature dropped from 24 to 7 degrees and air con couldn't be programmed to heating so it was quite cold in a room until hotel staff turned on central heating.In any case,I would come back here,perhaps with more clothes next time :-)

Great hotel with personalized service + After contacting the property for a small group arrival, we got concierge service from start to finish. Great clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and great lounge and restaurant. I couldn't recommend this hotel more! Definitely look forward to our next visit through the area.

Путешествие в Брест + Хороший отель! Ездили на НГ праздники (2020) в Брест. Бронировали заранее, в т.ч. с оплатой. Из очень приятного - просили номер с ванной - получили ванну и балкон. Хотелось бы в целом отметить, что сотрудники отеля всегда старались помочь и идти на встречу. Более того, я не видел негатива или усталости (вроде же НГ праздники и т.п.). За подход к работе и работе с персоналом - 5 с "+". По отелю - хорошая европейская четверка (сравниваю с Италией, Францией, Германией и т.п., где бывал ранее). С парковкой проблем особо нет, питание (завтраки) - хорошее, рум сервис работает хорошо. В самом номере убирались каждый день, с этим все было ок. Все работало (вкл. Wi-Fi), было много русских каналов по ТВ. Кстати, мы жили в 205 номере - караоке особо не слышно (нас предупредили о караоке до 3 утра на нулевом этаже). Вполне рекомендую отель как для посещения самого Бреста, так и остановки (контрольной точки) перед границей в Европу (ЕС).

Excellent Hotel + Excellent Hotel in Brest. Clean, confortable. You really feel being almost in EU. And the restaurant is although excellent! I do recommand it. privately owned, opened 10 years ago, and you have the feeling that all is new

Пожалуй, лучший отель Бреста + Отель расположен в самом центре города, 2 минуты пешком до аллеи с фонарями. Завтраки в ресторане хорошие, разнообразные даже в условиях пандемии (когда многие отели перешли на сух паёк)

Fantastic Stay! + I had another absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. They remembered me from my last stay here. The hotel is incredibly well appointed, it's a very modern hotel, the staff are truly AMAZING and go out of their way to ensure I was well taken care of, and just a wonderful experience. In particular, I must thank Ms. Anna Novik, the manager for being so wonderful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Fantastic 5 Star Service + I did enjoy my stay so much, the huge room with all amenities, fantastic breakfast, the peaceful neighbourhood, the wonderful garden and fast & reliable internet. The Hermitage Hotel is a wonderful place with fantastic people giving a warm welcome, starting with the most friendly doorman and front desk crew and staff of the restaurant. A very wonderful place, a short walk from Brest station and next to the Central Park of culture and recreation. You can't beat the location. A big thank you to the crew from the front desk and breakfast. When I told in the evening that I would leave early the next morning to take a train, upon check out I was given a huge breakfast box to take away!

Lovely experience + We had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and we very happy with its central location and beautiful rooms. We had a suite, which was great, but were surprised a rollaway bed cost around $50US per night extra. Most hotels have them for free. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. The rooms were lovely and clean, the building is beautiful with a historic feel, and overall we were very happy there.

+ Cleanliness were perfect and services as expected or better than expected. It is an old-fashioned hotel with older baths, but still bathrooms feel good enough. Gym was a bit poorly equipped however with no weights.
