+ Mancare,cazare, personal − Plaja aferenta hotelului nu are locuri (șezlonguri) pentru toți turiștii din hotel, undeva la marginea plajei au un munte de șezlonguri pe care le poți lua si aseza pe unde poți, adică peste alți turiști, turiști care nu sunt deloc încântați...

Below expectations + Good location, close to the beach and tourist attractions. Lots of people, lively in the evening. Food was ok. Beach was ok, we just happened to arrive when there were big waves and we were not allowed to swim for a couple of days. − The room wasn't good. We paid extra for a room with a seaside view and we got a room on the first floor on the side of the hotel with a full view of the car park and a little bit of the sea. Way below the standard of the room from last year. The bathroom ventilation was not working when we checked in, so I notified staff at the reception. We checked it together and confirmed it wasn't working, and they said someone would fix it. One week later, the problem wasn't solved, and we left disappointed. The food was ok. The main restaurant felt very crowded in the afternoon, as if there were way too many people than the restaurant could manage at a time. It's hard to find a place to sit and eat, especially if you are with more than 3 or 4 pe…

Een heerlijk verblijf met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en een mooie accommodatie, maar met duidelijke verbeterpunten + Wat ons het meest beviel, was de ontzettend vriendelijke, behulpzame en gastvrije houding van het personeel. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom en werd er goed voor ons gezorgd. Omdat wij hier onze huwelijksreis hebben gevierd, werden we bij aankomst verrast met een fles champagne en een paar leuke cadeautjes. Dat was een ontzettend leuke en persoonlijke verrassing en heeft ons verblijf extra bijzonder gemaakt. Ook de accommodatie zelf is erg mooi en verzorgd. Het zwembad is prachtig en biedt een fijne plek om te ontspannen. Wel vonden wij het water behoorlijk fris, vooral wanneer er wind tussen de twee gebouwen door komt, maar verder is het zwembad zeker een pluspunt van het hotel. − Helaas viel het eten ons erg tegen. Aan veel gerechten zat weinig tot geen smaak en regelmatig was het eten niet warm genoeg. Daarnaast stond niet altijd duidelijk aangege…

+ Wspaniała obsługa. Jedzenie super − Za duża liczba gości do infrastruktury . Brak leżaków. Brak miejsc przy śniadaniu. Windy nie nadążały wozić gości ( w tym zepsuta jedna )

+ Yemekler genel olarak güzeldi. Otelin konumu da gayet güzeldi. − Otelin plajı otele biraz uzak, daha yakın olabilirdi. Bir de plajda şezlong yeterli değildi. Her defasında sorun yaşadık.
