+ Staff was very friendly, the aircon worked perfectly, there are nets on the windows so you can have the windows open without worrying about the mosquito − The floor in the room and the bathroom was very dirty, with hairs and other dirt on the floor, it clearly wasn't vacuumed.

+ The hotel is well located next to the park, which has several restaurant options, and not far from grocery stores. The hotel also has a nice outdoor patio area. The common areas are in good condition and the staff was friendly and helpful. − We rented 3 rooms... all of them needed updated. We originally rented the 1-bedroom apartment, but had to move because the bedroom A/C didn't work, and we noticed mold by the window and ceiling.
