A weekend in Veliko Turnovo + The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast had the necessities. − We booked this hotel for one night in hopes of sunbathing at the pool. When we arrived at around 2pm there were no sunbeds available as the hotel also welcomes people from outside to use the pool. This really made our stay less pleasant. The parking lot was also full due to this and we barely managed to find a spot. Also, we requsted an iron but when we turned it on, the water was yellow, they should maintain them better. Note that to use the sauna and steam room, you have to ask Reception to turn the facilities on about 30 minutes in advance so they can warm up, at least that is during the summer. The masseuse is not available all the time, so better check the availability beforehand.

Hotel pentru tranzit + Cunoastem locatia, am fost cazati de mai multe ori la acest hotel. Personalul este ok, restaurantul din locatie, parcarea, il fac un hotel bun pentru tranzit. − Asa cum am mentionat, am fost cazati de multe ori aici. Din pacate, curatenia nu este unpunct forte - chiar daca siguranta este ok; de data aceasta am avut ghinionul sa fie curatata necorespunzator mocheta din camera , gasind chiar urme de mancare langa unul din paturi...

Heerlijk hotel geweldig personeel. + Het zwembad! Heerlijk als je rondje stad hebt gedaan om een frisse duik te nemen. Ook een uitstekend ontbijt. − Tapijt in de kamer. Als je besluit te lopen loopt het voetpad niet door tot het hotel door en moet je over de weg lopen wat toch niet geheel veilig is.
