+ המקום נמצא בנקודה הכי שווה בעיר, מטר הליכה מכל האטרציות של שכונת Kapana, העיר העתיקה, הכיכר המרכזית וסופרמקטים ממש מעבר לפינה. יחד עם זאת מקום שקט מאוד, אפילו שאחת המרפסות ( ובדירה היו 2! ) יוצאת לרחוב. חניה פרטית ברחוב, צמודה לכניסה של הבניין , רק חשוב לשים לב שהחניה שייכת לדירה כל ימות השבוע פרט ליום ראשון. דירה נוחה, נקיה, לא מפוארת עם רהוט צנוע, אבל מרווחת עם מטבחון, סלון וחדר שינה גדול עם טרסה עורפית ענקית! מנסיבות אישיות נאלצנו להזמין את המקום ממש ברגע אחרון, שעתיים לפני ההגעה לעיר והופתענו לטובה. הדבר שהכי חימם לנו את לב היה בעל המקום Dimitar, שהיה זמין באופן מידי לכל בקשה ושאלה! קבלנו קנס כי חנינו לא במקום הנכון ( כמו שציינתי קודם זה היה יום ראשון ולא שמנו לב ( -: ) Dimitar עזר לנו והלך איתנו עד המקום בו משלמים את הדוח ולא עזב עד שסיימנו את תהליך התשלום! ללא ספק היחס האישי והחם של Dimitar הוסיף המון לשהיה שלנו בPlovdiv והשאירה טעם מיוחד ורצון לחזור שוב. תודה רבה! − למי שזה חשוב, אין מעלית בבניין

+ Отлично местоположение, изключително любезен и отзивчив домакин. Осигуреното паркомясто е голямо предимство за тази част на града. Имаше всичко необходимо за престоя ни. Осигурените кафе капсули/ дори безкофеинови/ е голям комплимент! Благодарим − Бих препоръчала да има вариант и за два единични горни чаршафа за спалнята, както и течен сапун в банята.

The perfect, spacious home in the most fantastic location + The location was second to none. You’re right at the start of Kapana which is an absolutely spectacular area full of restaurants and little bars and cocktail bars all newly renovated and bustling with life in the evenings. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The host even worked on his day off to help us as we arrived later than the normal check in times. Don’t hesitate to book this place if it’s available. You can do everything by foot, the old town, the center of Plovdiv (if you’re interested) as well as all of the seven hills, each one being very different and all offering stunning views after challenging climbs in the hot weather. Plovdiv is beautiful- it’s like going back in a time capsule. − Nothing to complain about!

We keep coming back! + WE LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH WE CAME BACK AGAIN IN THE SAME HOLIDAY! Check out my earlier review here from early August. The apartments are spotless, the twoels and pillow cases are even embossed, so much care and love goes into the upkeep of these apartments, you're right at the start of Kapana, so everything from restaurants and the old town are just a few steps away. Dimitar is second to none, his communication is really prompt and warm and friendly and you really see and experience that he loves his job and cares. Would highly recommend staying here. Top notch − Nothing!

Топ локация и перфектен комфорт! + Ако търсите място, където да усетите духа на Пловдив, това е правилният хотел! Разположен е в сърцето на града, на крачка от Стария Пловдив и центъра. Останахме очаровани от чистотата и пространството в апартамента – усещането за простор и уют ни накара да се чувстваме като у дома си. Благодарим за прекрасното изживяване!

Consiglio questa struttura. + La casa era pulita e in ordine. Il host si è dimostrato molto disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione dell’appartamento è eccellente, si trova esattamente nel cuore del centro in uno dei quartieri più belli della città. − Un difetto grande è il fatto che non c’è ascensore, il nostro appartamento era terzo piano ed è stato faticoso portare tutti i bagagli. Un altro difetto è la mancanza del parcheggio, ma il host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha indicato un parcheggio molto economico a 10 min di distanza in macchina e 15 min a piedi.
