Mit Kind sehr gute + Die Anlage mit den vielen Bäumen geben natürlichen Schatten und machen ein angenehmes Klima. Bei Palace sind genügend liegen vorhanden. Ist aber für die beiden anderen Hotels Bay und Mare verwirrend − Die Essensangebote sind sehr weit verstreut um man muss sich erst zurecht finden. Der Strand ist sehr klein

+ הדבר היחידי היו המגלשות והבריכות שהילדים אהבו − בחופשה הזו שמעתי מהצוות 90% לא, אין ספק שזו החופשה הכי גרועה שהייתה לי. האוכל לא ככ טוב, גםהמסעדות שהמלון מציע לא טובות, ביקשתי מהקבלה מגבות כי התינוקת לכלכה לא הסכימו לשלוח וששאלתי למה התשובה הייתה שתמיד ישראלים מבקשים עוד מגבות. יש הרגשה שם של שנאת ישראלים. הגעתי למצב שפחדתי לבקש דברים שבדרכ אין בעיה לקבל, גישה בעייתיתמאוד. חדר מלא אבק ישן ולא ככ נקי.. כמובן שלא נחזור.

Далеко не 5 звезд + 🌿 Территория отеля — очень зелёная, много деревьев и цветов. Всё чисто и ухожено, очень приятно гулять и проводить время на территории. Отдельно стоит отметить, что вся территория является общей для трёх отелей, поэтому пространства действительно много. 🍽️ Питание — однозначно один из главных плюсов! Мы отдыхали неделю, и каждый день было что-то новенькое. Огромный выбор основных блюд, гарниров, сыров, овощей, фруктов, салатов и десертов. Мы остались максимально довольны. Также советуем обязательно посетить китайский и итальянский рестораны. 🏖️ Бесплатные шезлонги и зонтики на пляже — это, безусловно, плюс. − 🏊♀️ Бассейн — вода очень-очень холодная. Настолько, что купаться совершенно не хотелось, и мы заходили в воду в основном ради детей. Было бы здорово хотя бы бассейн для малышей сделать с подогревом. 😤 Резервация шезлонгов у бассейна — максимально раздражающая ситуация. + Locatia este curata si intretinuta, s-ar impune niste retusuri in baie, dar este curat si igienizat corespunzator. Camera este mare si spatioasa, cu balcon mare si spatiu pentru uscat hainele ude, aveam pregatit si patul suplimentar atunci cand am ajuns, iar in camera este un minifrigider. Mancarea este proaspata si variata, exista inghetata si deserturi, fructe proaspete, dar si compoturi. La barul piscinei principale, exista un frigider cu inghetata, gogosi, fructe, pizza si cartofi prajiti. La anumite intervale orare, au aquagym si diverse activitati. Seara, exista spectacole tematice, iar copiii pot merge la kids club, exista un loc de joaca, plimbat cu balonul/moto in piscina, tarabe cu dulciuri si popcorn. Piscinele sunt mai multe, cu diverse dimensiuni si inaltimi, exista un aquaparc, iar toboganele au fost foarte apreciate de copiii mei. + Amazing place for a summer holiday with kids. The main reason for choosing this hotel were the swimming pools and water slides which were the perfect place for kids to spend time. Hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious and bright rooms. Food was great and we managed to find something suitable for all tastes each day. Overall a great experience and place to spend your summer holiday. − The beach at the hotel is small and was full of algaes at the time we were there. Even though this is not a direct minus for the hotel it affected the overall experience as it did not allow us to enjoy time at the beach. It was easily compensated with all of the water activities the team had daily at the pool. Sweets and cakes could be better even though this should not be a show stopper as it was easily compensated with fruits and vegan options.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel + I visited for a family getaway with my kids, and everything was outstanding. From the location and the amenities to the plentiful food and treats, and the wonderful service—we had a fantastic time − We were a family of six. We got two adjacent rooms instead of the connecting rooms we requested, which was quite inconvenient. Since adults only get one wristband per room and kids don't get access wristbands, moving between rooms was a hassle. We wish we had been advised to book a large family room with two bedrooms from the start
