Condições insalubres em dois quartos. Inaceitável. + O café da manhã foi bom e a localização. Infelizmente, esses foram os únicos pontos positivos da nossa hospedagem. − Os problemas começaram já na primeira noite, quando recebemos um quarto diferente do que havíamos reservado. Solicitei a correção, mas a troca para o quarto correto só aconteceu no segundo dia. Quando finalmente fomos transferidos, recebemos o quarto 337, que estava em condições absolutamente inaceitáveis de higiene e conservação: sujeira nas paredes e no chão e, principalmente, uma cama quebrada e rasgada, com manchas, muitos cabelos e resíduos. Era realmente nojento. Fui imediatamente à recepção, mostrei as fotos e pedi outra acomodação. Inicialmente disseram que não havia outro quarto, que não havia gerente disponível e que eu teria que esperar até o dia seguinte. Somente depois de muita insistência, deixando claro que minha família não dormiria naquelas condições, apareceu uma solução. Fomos então transferidos …

+ mi è piaciuta la posizione , non mi ha enusiasmato la colazione ... varia ma qualitativamente non all'altezza di un cinque stelle .. forse dovuto al gran numero di camere e quindi di ospiti , camere confortevoli e silenziose − Da migliorare la colazione

bella struttura, ma il servizio..............è un optional ! non citiamo − non ci è state riffe le camere, e dopo molte richieste il mio collega ha dovuto trascorrere la notte con la camera da rifare e senza set di asciugamani cambiati

Al di sotto delle aspettative + L'hotel è in una ottima posizione. Le camere sono sufficientemente insonorizzate. − La qualità dei servizi è ben al di sotto di ciò che ci si aspetterebbe da un 5 stelle. Staff non sempre cortese. Pulizia scarsa. Le mie lenzuola erano bucate. Avevo segnalato la mia intolleranza al lattosio, non avevano preso nota. A colazione gli allergeni degli alimenti non son sempre segnalati, quando ho provato a chiedere informazioni mi hanno ignorata.

+ Abbiamo pagato per una camera deluxe e ci hanno dato una suite .. è un hotel stupendo nel cuore della città − Il personale era un po' sgarbato, non siamo bravi a parlare in inglese, e notavo un fastidio 😒
