+ Das Hotel war von Wald umgeben, sehr sauber und hatte ein sehr gutes Restauurant. Es waren viele Familien mit Kindern da. Leider wurde im Hotel kein deutsch gesprochen.

+ De kamer was netjes...alleen de hygiëne kan beter....veel schimmel in de badkamer....kwestie van goed schoonmaken.... en alleen een onderlaken is ook niet echt hygiënisch....een molton zodat de matras wat frisser blijfy is aan te raden

+ Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant et a l'écoute. Grand parking gratuit. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, confortable, déco super, salle de bain très propre, linge de toilette et produit de douche fournis. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, très bon et rapport qualité prix très abordable. Nous avons très bien dormi la literie est de très bonne qualité et confortable, les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Petit déjeuner avec du choix, salé/sucré très bon. Un agréable souvenir de notre escapade belge avec mon fils.

A bit disappointing + The exterior and ground floor, reception, bar / restaurant etc, are very nice but the hotel rooms are a bit dated. However the hotel itself has some great facilities. My room also had a damp smell which was unpleasant. I found the staff to be curt to the point of rudeness and due to this I couldn’t recommend this hotel.

+ Catastrophique , chambre au RDC insalubre avec du moisi autour des fenêtres sur un mètre de hauteur . Voilage inexistant ne reste que la tringle , nous sommes au RDC donc aucune intimité à part fermer les rideaux occultants et allumer la lumière en pleine journée .

No water supply + There is no water suply since yesterday afternoon…no shower, toilet in the morning…no information…very uncomfortable. I hope they fix it! I know this is not the hotel, but the water supplier in this area, but still it is a major issue. The hotel is ok, friendly and nice service, except this water issue. I hope they do their best to solve it

+ Vraiment un excellent hôtel en ce qui concerne le cadre et l’emplacement, piscine, jeux pour enfant, restaurant, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne la propreté, toile d’araignée dans la chambre, joint de carrelage de salle de bain moisi et la literie n’est pas très confort en ce qui concerne m oreiller et le matelas. Cependant je conseillerai cet hôtel à 100% et y retournerai si je le peut!!!!

+ Perfect moment after a whole day in Pairi Daiza Zoo, this hotel give a peaceful moment, we play snooker in the morning and some other client in the swiming pool..that really cool... The breakfast is really good. much offer and delicious. Big love.

+ generally fine. some small troubles as leaking tube in shower so water was everywhere during bath :). no fridge on the room.

+ My Room number 211 was not cleaed during the daytime. . The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 18.00 and asked if i wanted my toom cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging off. The air conditioning control was broken and there was no kettle or coffee making facilities. Thanks Robert Gray

Room 3 was an icebox and too many issues + This hotel should be amazing but sadly its far from it. Let's talk positives first, great location out of the way, easy access to car park, nice automatic opening entrance and level access. Restaurant staff were great. Food was good,a little pricey but not bad Now sadly for the negatives, I am disabled and use a walker so I can't walk too far but when I booked I requested a ground floor room or near to reception and they messaged me back confirming I'd be on the ground floor and that it has a double bed and if that's ok which I was. Arrived and signed at reception by Linda. She saw me using my walker but then said I was on the 2nd floor but when I said I had asked for a ground floor room and got confirmation she then changed my room to room 3. Now rooms 1,2 and three are connected through one door and 2 steps down but I don't think linda considered this what with me using a walker so obviously my things fell off the walker but luckily one of…
