Poor service, no soundproofing, inadequate cleanliness, and disappointing facilities — definitely not worth the price. + The location is good and very close to the town centre, but it is situated on a hill, which can be a disadvantage for people with disabilities and families with young children. − The air conditioning in the first room we were given was not cooling properly. The second room had an interconnecting door with the adjacent room, and I was woken up twice during the night by someone trying to open the door. There is virtually no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations from the next room very clearly. The cleanliness was mediocre, and neither of the two rooms had hand soap. The breakfast was also disappointing. The staff were not very welcoming or friendly. Overall, the hotel is absolutely not worth the money. We deeply regret ignoring the negative reviews and choosing to stay here.

Staff molto gentile e buona posizione rispetto al centro + lo staff gentilissimo ci ha tenuto libero un posto auto davanti all'hotel e abbiamo potuto subito parcheggiare facilmente. − E' stato un pò difficile arrivare in macchina, perchè siamo passate da stradine molto strette.

− Расположение отеля на горе ,очень сложно со стоянкой ,в ванной было много пыли ,интернет очень плохо работал и телевизор тоже, каналы только местные еще и изображение временами пропадало .На одну ночь можно остаться но не больше. Один очень хороший плюс ,нас встретила очень приятная женщина,предложила с дороги прохладительный напиток и в номере хорошо работал кондиционер.

+ Proximity to major attractions. − Being on top of the hill, narrow and steep streets, parking is a major issue. Walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear people talking in the next room. Bathroom didn't have ventilation.

Mai più − La struttura sta andando a pezzi, la doccia aveva i buchi sul pavimento e non aveva dove attaccare ill doccino, la testata del letto era consumata, non c'è ascensore, il parcheggio loro privato è a lato della strada pubblica. L'aria condizionata nella nostra stanza si è rotta ed il tecnico chiamato per aggiustarla ha detto che era morta.

+ La posizione e lo staff eccellente soprattutto Medy, gentile e cordiale e disponibile a darci ottimi consigli. Buona colazione − La camera non era quella indicata pur essendo molto pulita era molto vecchio e deludente con maniglia rotta della porta d'ingresso. Tre piani senza ascensore e il divano letto dei ragazzini era molto sottile e scomodo. Il prezzo non ne vale.

Besprijekoran boravak u srcu starog Rajvosa + Hotel Herc zacijelo ima najbolji položaj u cijelom gradu. Smješten je doslovno dvije–tri minute hoda od svega što Sarajevu daje dušu: od zapada prema istoku – Inat kuće, Miljacke i Šećer ćehajine ćuprije, Gradske vijećnice, Sarajevskih gejzira, Babića bašće, Mevlevijskog mosta, pa sve do Bentbaše. A ne zaboravimo ni da se nalazi tik ispod groblja Alifakovca, gdje umorne duše nalaze spokoj. To je onaj dio grada gdje se Sarajevo ne obilazi, nego se živi i ćuti: voda, mahala, mirisi, povijest, ritam. Riječima razumljivima Generaciji Z – ovdje je najjači vajb starog Rajvosa. Unutrašnjost hotela jednostavna je, ali uredna i funkcionalna. Sobe imaju parket, udobne krevete i sve potrebno za ugodan boravak, a čistoća je na razini koju ističu i drugi gosti – posteljina, kupaonica i prostor općenito besprijekorni. Doručak je švedski stol, sasvim solidan i u skladu s cijenom, a restoran i bar nose onu domaćinsku, sarajevsku toplinu. Wi-Fi je ponekad…
