Excellent séjour dans un hôtel de luxe, pour un prix plus que raisonnable ! + Absolument le tout! Le personnel, sans exception, a été aux petits soins : des réceptionnistes au personnel de restauration, tous le monde ont contribué à ce que ce séjour soit exceptionnel. Un grand merci à toutes et tous pour votre dévouement ! C’est un hôtel de luxe, très propre et de haut standing où vous pouvez séjourner au prix très raisonnable pour un séjour de telle qualité. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec bcp de goût, avec un grand lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très complet, avec des produits frais et de bon qualité. Je vous conseille les massages au Fitness club Olympus (piscine intérieure chauffée, sauna, hammam) donc l’accès vous sera offert pour tout séjour. Conseillé les yeux fermés, j’y reviendrai ! − Rien !

+ Bakü’de konakladığım bu otelde her şey gerçekten eksiksizdi. Baştan sona çok konforlu ve keyifli bir deneyim yaşadım. Özellikle 5. katta yer alan temizlik görevlileri ve kahvaltı bölümünde çalışan ekip harikaydı. Hepsi son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve işlerini büyük bir özenle yapıyorlar. Bu kadar titiz ve profesyonel bir hizmet görmek konaklamamı daha da özel kıldı. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim.

+ Otelde konakladığım süre boyunca her şey eksiksizdi ve oldukça memnun kaldım. Özellikle 5. katta görevli olan temizlik görevlisine ayrı bir teşekkür etmek isterim; odalar her zaman tertemiz ve düzenliydi, işini büyük bir özenle yapıyordu. Ayrıca kahvaltı ekibi de gerçekten harikaydı. Hepsi çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve işlerini severek yapan insanlardı. Her sabah bu kadar özenli ve kaliteli bir hizmetle karşılaşmak güne güzel başlamamı sağladı. Genel olarak çok konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim.

DEJA HÂTE D'Y retourner. + L'hôtel était d une propreté et confort irréprochable ajouté à cela un personnel au petit soin , commençant par NUBAR une grande dame qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable, elle entretenait nos chambres tout les jours avec soin , EMILE ET SAMIR au petit déjeuner toujours avec leurs grand sourir et leurs disponibilités sans oublier les charmante jumelle qui nous rendaient la vie plus agréable, en passant par la réception ou ont trouvé une équipe très dynamique et disponible MEHDI , RAFAEL ET FIRUZ merci bcp pour votre aides et votre engouement. TOUFIK , ARHUN ET HAKIM KHAN ETAIT TOUS TRES PRESENT et accueillant. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel de GRAND HOTEL EUROPE − Rien, c était tellement agréable les 10j qu ont a passé en famille
