We live out in Lamington National Park QLD - everything was perfect for us:) + The staff welcomed us everything went smoothly very important to us as we are Seniors - it was a birthday treat for my husband 89th birthday we attended the The Pacific Air Show on the Gold Coast - Gold Star Quest Hotel***** − A couple of biscuits to have with our Ceylon tea would have been a treat. The Manager Andrew was very kind and delivered to our 403 cheese & biscuits with soft drinks - good old fashioned service.

Spacious and comfortable room + Spacious and comfortable − Bit of a smell in the lift lobby on the floor and the shower design is dreadful. No way to turn on the shower without getting saturated

Definitely will stay again + Really liked the staff member on the Sunday night forget his name but he made me laugh and was just a nice person just all round nice staff

Disappointed + It’s always clean − This is my second visit. The first time I had issues with the tv which needed to be reset the second visit similar issue with the tv and the aircon, both needed a reset. After a few hours the WiFi stopped working as did the aircon. I felt that the reception staff were annoyed by my complaints and so I didn’t bother trying to get someone to fix. I gave my feedback on checkout but I don’t think I was heard. I don’t ask for much, I’m clean and feel like I should expect at a minimum aircon and WiFi to work. The maintenance staff are very accommodating but the reception staff aren’t listening to the issues. I stay because the location is convenient and parking is easy. I’d like to be heard or for everything to work the next time I visit - thank you

Short stay ..Second time around ..Will stay again + Didn’t have breakfast but I had a good response when I entered the room I was allocated and it smelt off bleach and I told reception and they had accommodated me so well by moving me to another room with my things .Great job ..Great customer service to the front staff and the nice cleaner that moved my things − No complaints
