Amazing , memorable few days ago. + Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Beautifully appointed room with magnificent views from all windows over Salzburg. Excellent breakfast . Lovely relaxing bar and bar menu and attentive bar staff. Stunning pool and bar service available whilst enjoying outside areas. Exceptional dinner , all aspects sublime and stunning views from restaurant overlooking Salzburg and charming and attentive staff and the head chef in person came to create a delicious treat to enjoy with coffee to complete the meal at our table. Magical stay, we will return. − The heat, but thank goodness everywhere was air conditioned, so even the 35 degree heat didn’t bother too much .

The hotel offered excellent service, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and enjoyable.

AS WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AT 5:30PM AND WISHED TO HAVE DINNER AT THE ONLY RESTAURANT. THE RESTAURANT WAS SOLD OUT AND WERE INFORMED THAT THE LAST ORDER WAS 8/8:30 PM

We reserved two rooms, and the staff took the time to help us choose the perfect accommodations for our family. They recommended a room that was ideally configured for our toddler and four-year-old, and their advice was absolutely spot on. Every detail met our needs perfectly, making our stay effortless from the very beginning. Both rooms were stunning, with breathtaking views overlooking the fortress and the city of Salzburg. Waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable. Every detail reflected exceptional quality—from the plush towels and luxurious bed linens to the elegant furnishings and décor. The amenities were equally impressive. We loved relaxing in the swimming pool and spa, and spending time at the Glass Garden was one of the highlights of our visit. Der Aufenthalt war okay, jedoch nicht bei weitem das, was man erwartet, beziehungsweise was das Hotel verspricht. + Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön und punktet mit einer erstklassigen Lage und einer großartigen Aussicht. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend, wodurch man sich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Charme des alten Schlosses, der dem Ganzen eine märchenhafte Note verleiht und einen in eine andere Zeit zurückversetzt. − Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich viel Potenzial, jedoch entspricht das Gesamterlebnis leider nicht dem Anspruch, den man bei einem Zimmerpreis von knapp 600 Euro pro Nacht erwarten darf. Besonders enttäuschend war der Wellness- und Poolbereich. Das Hotel wirbt mit Ruhe und Erholung, diese war jedoch aufgrund spielender und lautstarker Kinder am Pool kaum möglich. Vielleicht wäre es eine Überlegung wert, das Hotel – oder zumindest den Wellnessbereich – als Erwachsenenhotel beziehungsweise mit Erwachsenen-Zeiten z…

+ De aller allermooiste entree van een hotel. Het is echt een plaatje. Het personeel erg vriendelijk. Ik kwam voor 1 nachtje vanwege doorreis. Maar ga komende week terug om er echt even van te genieten.
