Hoge piek (Slot en ontbijt), diep dal (overnachtingsaccomodatie in het bijgebouw) + Het ontbijt in het Slot was een beleving! Het ontbijt op zich was goed verzorgd met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het was erg leuk om rond te wandelen in de tuinen/park van het slot, evenals in o.a. de bibliotheek en een aantal andere opengestelde ruimtes. De bar in het bijgebouw is prettig en lekker om te zitten. − De kamer was weliswaar gerenoveerd, maar de bedden waren slecht. Te zacht/doorgezakt. Onder één van de matrassen lagen 4 planken gestapeld, blijkbaar om de kuil op te vangen. Er hing in de kamer een erg onaangename geur. De kamer lag op de 2e verdieping van het bijgebouw, met slechts een klein raam op hoogte. De gang ernaar toe leek eindeloos met allerlei bochten en was kaal en smal (een beetje een 'The Shining'-gevoel) De schoonmaak was niet erg grondig (veel haren in de douchebak). Het personeel van de receptie was ongeïnteresseerd tot zelfs onvriendelijk. Alles leek teveel …

+ 호수 바로 옆이고, 사운드 오브 뮤직 촬영 장소라는 점은 좋습니다. − 룸당 별도의 7유로 세금을 징수하는 점, 주요 관광지에서 가깝지 않다는 점, 2층 객실이었는데 창문과 객실의 크기가 작다는 점, 가격이 비싸다는 점 등에서 아쉽습니다.

A wonderful location with some great history and sights! + The dining hall was spectacular! We also were excited about the use of the swimming facilities near by. We wish we had seen the bikes located on the property earlier as well as that would have been great!

Without doubt this hotel was the best we have stayed in, and we have stayed in some famous hotels. + A breakfast which lacked nothing you could ever want in a setting of breathtaking beauty. Staff, as all staff in this hotel, were friendly, efficient but unobtrusive. − Nothing could have improved this.

Great - would recommend + Beautiful setting, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here. The bar’s garden has a wonderful atmosphere and amazing views of the lake and distant mountains.
