Very disappointed + Location − This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The installation, decoration, service, room amenities were very deficient. Not even cups or coffee and tea in room… not even body lotion or rope or extra bedding when is cold. I hope they can rate (in term of the stars) properly to expect differently.

Hotel 4 estrelas . + Da localização , do café da manhã, limpeza. − Muito barulho interno, do assoalho que é de madeira, antigo , range e da pra ouvir o andar dos outros quartos. O elevador emite sons altos e muito antigo.

Recomendable!! + Todo muy bien. − No tener Párking en el hotel o un servicio que guarde el vehículo. Igualmente había a 1 cuadra un estacionamiento que trabaja con el hotel

Hotel encantador en una excelente ubicación. + El hotel conserva todo el encanto de su época, pero a la vez cuenta con instalaciones modernas que hacen que la estadía sea muy cómoda. − Que se escucha con bastante claridad los movimientos de las habitaciones linderas.

No tissue box, no chair to sit, no English Channel on TV, poor heating in the room, no electric iron, it is 3 * and they + Location only − Most of everything , Rerate down to 3 star hotel. No tea or coffee maker in the room.
