A TREASURE IN THE MIDDLE OF YEREVAN + Nice and clean rooms very well taken care of.Good restaurant with excellent service.The staff is wonderful , very professional and client oriented. The price and quality of this hotel is anazing.The hotel is in the Centre of Yerevan.From the hotel you can rasily reach all the wonderful shops,musea abd interesting places to go. Yet th e hotel is not too big and therefore as a guest you feel you feel really are taken care of in a personal way.I would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Yerevan as it is an oasis in this very busy city.A real treasure to discover!

nice and pleasant stay + the breakfast is amazing . there is verity and the change few things and you can order your own eggs. the staff is nice and accommodating. even though we had few hiccups with the room they didn't respond and tried to help. the AC wasn't working on the day we arrived . they didn't listen and send people to fix it. we put in my moms icepack with them in to be frozen ( for her diabetes medication) they mistakenly put it in the fridge instead. btu then they got us ice instead to help . the room is clean and the cleaning ladies are nice. the location is great. in the middle of the city close to many places. − there is no space infront of the hotel for a car to stop its a public road and sometimes the parking is full. its not thier fault but it does sometime get annoying as the drivers use it as an excuse to ask you to wait for them on the road. i had elderly parents and it was hot so it was difficult. the AC took a whole day to fix. the staff at the front desk was…

Location, staff and breakfast were great + We arrived at 3 a.m. and asked to change rooms, which was quickly arranged thanks to the cleaning staff who were still working at that hour.

Отель среднячок + Отель находится в пяти минутах от площади Республики, кому это важно, это плюс. Номера маленькие, как на фото. Персонал отлично, правда после выселения, ждали свои чемоданы 20 минут, оказывается просто забыли попросить их поднять. Уборка, персонал тоже отлично. − Очень шумный кондиционер, плюсом что-то работает и вибрация отдает в кровать и подушку, просто дикий гул. Внизу на завтраках этот гул с вибрацией отдает в столы. Вида нет никакого, кому это важно, и в было ветряно, ветер оооочень сильно задувает в закрытые окна. Завтраки- не знаю, кто считает эти завтраки супер, обычные завтраки, например в отелях напротив завтраки действительно роскошные)) Это мой более чем 10-й отель в Ереване, есть с чем сравнивать. Поэтому в этом бюджете, посмотреть можно что-то другое.
