Decent for the price + The location is excellent. We had a balcony facing the lake with a terrific view. It was nice to have a min fridge in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. − The breakfast was not great and there were always long lines for the mediocre food. We ate at the restaurant one evening as well and the food was terrible. Overall, the property needs some upgrades. The carpet and couch in our room was worn, dirty, and needed replacing.

Clean and modern accommodations with a great location + Location was really nice. It was right on the beach and close to a lot of the town. I was in walking distance of restaurants, pharmacies, stores, laundry, etc. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. − The breakfast ran out of items near the end. There are not a lot of amenities but for the price I think that is understandable.

+ The rooms and all the hotel facilities were very dirty. The food was scandalous. The pool was very dirty and had mold from the dirt. In the 3 nights of stay the room was not cleaned at all. Nuk do doja te rikthehesha ne kete hotel. + Me pelqen vetem pozicioni i hotelit qe eshte ne qender. − Stafi i pasjelleshem. I papergatitur .Zoteria qe ishte tek recepsioni i bera nje ankese ne lidhje me televizorin dhe nuk denjoi as te dergonte dike qe ta rregullonte. Pasterita linte per te deshiruar...

A peaceful friendly resort hotel + whole hotel experience. great staff, hotel very central - great place to relax − The breakfast is typical Albanian type bteakfast food (very stodgey) and same food each day. But thats Albania so just have to accept.

+ Hoteli eshte me i miri ne Pogradec. Nese do te doja te ishte dicka ndryshe, do te ishte mengjesi. Plotesimi me fruta dhe menuja te mos ishte e njejte cdo dite, mbase me alternime, dy - tre lloje, pasi per ata qe qendrojne nje jave i behet bajat.
