Convenient and good value for money + The location was near several train stations and near the T-CAT so it was very convenient to and from the airport. The room was kept clean and there were toiletries provided. − The room is quite small but this is very typical of Japanese budget hotels anyway.

Friendly staff, comfy beds and great amenities + Very hospitable staff, making check-in a breeze. The room had everything I needed, including a comfy bed. Having a laundry on-site is super convenient! I love being able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. It makes everything much easier.

Great location and simple and comfortable stay + Fantastic location and a great base for exploring the neighbouring area. Good value for money and clean facilities − An earthquake happened when we were there and we received no guidance from the hotel staff. I know that earthquakes are a pretty common occurrence for people in Japan, but it's quite an unsettling experience for travellers, so some help and suggestions would have been much appreciated
