+ Tout était très bien. La chambre était sublime. Le staff était très agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! − Certains staff notamment au petit dejeuner parlent très mal anglais, il n'est pas toujours facile de se comprendre.

Très bon hôtel à proximité de Shibuya + La douche immense, la vue de la chambre, le mini bar offert… le confort et la qualité de la literie Bienvenue au Japon :) Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont également très bons − Room service qui ferme tôt (21h30) Chambre un peu bruyante (ce qui est normal vu la localisation de l’hôtel) Le personnel s’est trompé à plusieurs reprises sur le montant dû à la fin du séjour et n’était pas en mesure de m’indiquer combien je devais malgré plusieurs demandes de ma part

Struttura molto valida, camera top + Camera molto spaziosa, pulitissima e rifornita di ogni tipo di confort − Piscina e area benessere esterne all’hotel Reception piccola e praticamente nel ristorante Colazione molto ricca e molto curata per la parte salata, da migliorare la parte dolce

Ottimo hotel con servizi di qualità e posizione comoda per spostarsi. + Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno proposto due tipi di upgrade appena arrivati, uno con transfer diretto all’aeroporto che consiglio vivamente. Vista sulla città fantastica (noi avevamo una King Suite al 19esimo piano). Minibar molto fornito completamente gratuito. Arredamento della camera moderno e nuovo. 4 ristoranti + un rooftop nella struttura (Belcomo molto valido per colazione o drink). Posizione comoda con fermata della metro a 3 minuti a piedi.

Verblüfend sehr gutes Hotel in best Lage + Das Hotel war ausgezeichnet! Sauberkeit und Größe der Zimmer waren für diese Kategorie wirklich sehr gut. Im Haus gibt es mehrere hervorragende Restaurants sowie eine sehr nette Bar ganz oben, von der aus man einen schönen Ausblick genießen kann. Die Restaurants wurden auch stark von Einheimischen besucht, was für die Qualität der Küche spricht. Man wird im gesamten Hotel stets sehr freundlich begrüßt, und das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Als Hotelgast konnten wir auch kurzfristig einen Tisch in dem besseren Restaurant bekommen – ein wirklich toller Service. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen … − W.o
