Melhor vista de Tokio e melhores funcionários + Os funcionários são espetaculares . Todos falam inglês muito bem e estão sempre atentos e sorrindo . Minha filha esqueceu o Apple pen no quarto após o check out ; eles acharam, me ligaram (estávamos já no táxi a caminho do aeroporto e o taxista só falava japonês ) , falaram com o motorista para ele retornar e pegar a caneta . O café da manhã também é maravilhoso e a vista de Tokio é espetaculat. − Os quartos são realmente pequenos .

Very disappointing + Location. − The fact that I had made a reservation for three people, myself and my two daughters, and according to Booking my 15 year old daughter was classified as a child at this location, and despite having a confirmed reservation with this information the hotel tried to charge me more for my room and didn’t accommodate with a room for three people, but a room for two people..
