Insgesamt ein netter Aufenthalt mit interessantem Hotelkonzept und guter Umgebung, aber aufgrund einiger Details würden + Das Konzept des Hotels hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Besonders cool fanden wir den speziellen Boden und die Idee, das Hotel ohne Straßenschuhe zu betreten. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem sehr viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und einen schönen Schrein direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt ist man mitten im Leben von Asakusa. − Die Mitarbeiter empfanden wir teilweise als etwas unflexibel. Etwas irritierend war für uns auch der Kaffeebereich: Am Nachmittag war dieser geschlossen, und als ich hineinging, saßen dort Mitarbeiter beim Essen. Ich finde es etwas ungewöhnlich, dass dafür ausgerechnet der Bereich genutzt wird, der eigentlich für Hotelgäste gedacht ist. Der Onsen ist grundsätzlich ein schönes Angebot, wirkte auf uns aber teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Wasserspender für Trinkwasser könnte aus unserer Sicht erneuert werden. Zalig verblijf in traditionele Japanse sfeer + De Japanse gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid en het gevoel van thuis te komen. Het eten was ook heerlijk en onverwachts werden we ‘s avonds ook op ramen getrakteerd. De onsen was een zalige ervaring.
