Ok + Room functional. Clean, but not spotless clean. Close to FU Berlin, and to Dahlem Dorf subway station − Staff at the reception confused, uninformed. Not able to solve problems that should be routinely slovable. The bathroom could be cleaner.

+ The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and always ready to help. My bus was seriously delayed, so I was only able to let the hotel know very late that I would not arrive until the middle of the night. Despite the late hour, I was welcomed very warmly and kindly. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. − Frankly, one small thing that could perhaps be improved is the timing of housekeeping. They came to my room quite a while before check-out, which was a little inconvenient. It might be helpful to coordinate this so that guests can enjoy their room undisturbed until closer to check-out time.

+ Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn, ruhige Lage und ein naher Supermarkt. − Die Schlafdecke hatte braune Flecken. Am Kopfteil war ein Spinnennetz, in dem sich schon Staub angesammelt hatte. Das männliche Reinigungspersonal roch am Morgen schon stark nach Schweiß, wodurch der Geruch über den kompletten Flur verströmte und man die Luft auf dem Weg zum Frühstück anhielt.
