Das ist nicht mehr "mein "Vier Jahreszeiten... + Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter − Abends ging es in der Lobby zu, wie am Hauptbahnhof. Sämtliche Tische waren von Arabern besetzt. Bei einem Preis für ein Frühstück für 50 Euro würde man auch warme Gerichte wie Steak usw. erwarten.

Bad staff because they changed my rooms to very bad rooms + The gym − The staff said they upgraded us but actually the down graded us the rooms was noisy from the street and the train trump the AC of the rooms were very bad.

The issue with the rooms and lack of good handling of it left a bit of a sour taste. Not what Im used to from Kempinski. + Location is great! The hotel itself looks very nice especially the lobby. − The rooms were smaller and less Luxurious than expected. Mainly the issue was that we booked two rooms for a family of 5. When I originally check that they are next to each was told they put our kids in a compete different wing. Asked me ti upgrade a room to have them “guaranteed next to each other” which I agreed. Only to get there and find out even with the forced upgrade room were not next to each other and only after 1:30 hours of checking we were given rooms across each other which was very difficult with kids. They did wave the upgrade fee but we still didn’t get what was guaranteed, which was uncomfortable. In one room the vent was completely blocked needed a mechanic to make it work. Not a word from the staff about that experience. Expected much more from Kempinski as I stayed with…
