UNA ESTADA MOLT AGRADABLE EN UN LLOC MOLT BEN SITUAT. + Molt bona situació, l'apartament era tal i com m'esperava segons les fotos. La zona del Spa molt bé, la piscina s'agraieix. Hi ha un patí molt agradable per llegir o estar relaxat. Que hi hagés recepció les 24 hores, és una ventatja perque pots deixar les maletes encara que hagis deixat l'apartament. El personal molt agradable. − Tot m'ha semblat molt bé. Cap queixa.

+ Nice rooms and services were good. − Stayed during a heat wave and AC wasn't working. Room got hot and needed to ask for a fan while we were there. Everyone was asking for ice from the bar since there was no ice machine and ice maker wasn't working well so no ice for room or bar.

+ Joli appartement, vaste et bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle...). Bon petit-déjeuner, varié et avec des options sans gluten. Le personnel est efficace et agréable. L'espace piscine-sauna-fitness est propre et accueillant. L'hôtel est très bien placé, on peut tout visiter à pied ou en transport.

Berlin aparthotel + This property was in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious. We had an oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. I managed to prepare quite a few meals during our 6 night stay thus saving money.

Heerlijk hotel, fijne kamer, vriendelijk personeel. + Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, fijne klimaatbeheersing, zwembad, kon elke dag via een app benodigdheden (zoals handdoeken-wc papier-theedoeken enz.) bestellen en die lagen dan de volgende dag in de kamer, gezellig binnenplaatsje. Makkelijke locatie dichtbij metro Spittelmarkt. − Beetje weinig bestek in de keuken, maar dat gaf geen problemen.

+ Lage, Fitnessraum, Zimmer mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Reinigung hat immer gut funktioniert. − Nespressomaschine nur gegen Gebühr. 8 Euro pro Tag, bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt ist ein Kauf billiger. Sorry, das fand ich unmöglich.

Would stay again + We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with our 2 young adult children and it worked well. The kitchen is well-equipped - although I would suggest a larger cafetière (it was a 1-cup size). The barman made great cocktails and was very friendly. Location of the property was also great for us. There are currently works going on on the street and we were advised there would be no hot water during 2 days of our stay but this didn’t affect anything for us and there was no overnight noise. We had a problem with the sofa bed but this was rectified quickly for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, proper hotel with practical advantages of an apartment + It was quiet, clean comfortable and in a great location. The washing machine, dryer and kitchen made it a practical base from which to explore Berlin and the swimming pool was really welcome at the end of a long day. − Nothing
