9/10, but make sure they don't lose your reservation + The location was amazing - we were in town for a concert and really loved that we were able to walk to Bridgestone Arena from the hotel's front doors. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and we're overall pleased with the space as a whole. − Unfortunately, we had a hiccup at check in, where they couldn't find our booking because their internal system doesn't talk to Booking's system. They tried to say that they were overbooked and didn't know if a room would be available, but when I pulled receipts of my booking and paying for a room with them 6 months ago through booking, they were able to "make it happen" (providing me with the room that I paid for). If they're going to continue to work with third party systems, they need to make sure they're actually paying attention to them for the ease of their guests.

Best location in Nashville. Loved the stay. + Absolutely fantastic stay – perfect location for Nashville! I genuinely could not fault this property. I stayed here with my elderly mum, who uses a mobility wheelchair, and we had absolutely no issues getting to and from our suite. The hotel was very accessible, which made such a difference and gave us complete peace of mind during our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the quirky bar was a lovely touch. The location is absolutely perfect — just far enough off Broadway to feel a little more peaceful, but close enough to walk everywhere. We particularly loved that the surrounding streets were well lit, which made us feel very safe when walking back in the evening. What really stood out to me was how comfortable and at home I felt there. Great Service and location + My stay at the Hilton in Nashville was absolutely amazing! The service throughout my visit was exceptional, but I especially want to recognize Catherine and Rachel at the front desk. Their customer service was second to none. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It’s great service like this that makes a hotel stay truly memorable. Thank you, Catherine and Rachel, for making my experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this Hilton and will definitely stay here again when I’m in Nashville!

+ The morning employees inside the hotel were nice. − (9am Friday on the 21st morning) Valet were rude and just letting people pull in and just park right outside the door. We had to ask them to move a car so we could move our car that they brought up in order to make the round turn. They treated us like we inconvenienced them.

Getaway Weekend + Location was so convenient to Bridgestone and Broadway. − Furnishings such as sofa and chair needed some love. Parts were worn and very visible. Air conditioning needed to be cooler.

We would stay there again. Just want a nicer room. + We enjoyed the breakfast and the area. − Shower door allowed too much water to get to the floor. Furniture wasn’t in the best looking shape.
