Very Happy! + Walking distance to Zion National Park. Nice room. Nice pool and hot tub. Permission to remain parked until 8 p.m. on day of checkout. Prompt action by office staff helping us with the disconnected television. (previous guest evidently disconnected it) One call and a young lady showed up within five minutes and resolved the problem. − Overpriced food at market owned by the hotel. No breakfast offered at hotel. Expensive food at restaurant owned by hotel.

Magnifique hôtel et localisation parfaite. + La vue ! Super accueil. Localisation parfaite pour se rendre dans le parc de Zion. Possibilité de se garer à l'hôtel avant l'enregistrement (nous somme arrivés vers 11h), ce qui éviter de se rendre sur le parking visiteurs du parc de Zion (rapidement complet). Equipement de l'hôtel. Très belle chambre - spacieuse et propre. Canapé lit meilleur que d'autres hôtel. Buanderie. Réduction pour le restaurant et magasin à côté de l'hôtel. Un des meilleurs hôtel lors de notre road trip. A 2 minutes à pied de l'entrée du parc. − Rien - il est parfait.

Znakomita lokalizacja hotelu + Duży, czysty, dobrze wyposażony pokój. Znakomita lokalizacja hotelu przy samym wejściu do parku. Ładny zadbany budynek hotelowy w pięknym otoczeniu. Dostępne w cenie miejsce parkingowe obok hotelu. − Brak w cenie śniadań i bardzo ograniczona ich dostępność w barze hotelowym. Można zamówić tylko kilka rodzajów tostów i kiepskiej jakości burrito.

Great Place. Let down by a mess up with the room type by the hotel that they refused to correct. + The location was amazing! Right next to the entrance of Zion National Park, and near the Virgin River. Amazing gardens and setting and the room was comfortable and clean for a party of 2 or 3. Unfortunately we were a party of 5 and given the wring room type. − Upon arrival we were given the wrong room type. Travelling with a family of 5 we had specifically booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. We were instead given a room with one queen bed, and a fold down bed in the kitchen area as well as the sofa bed. This made the sleeping arrangements a rather uncomfortable. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told that there none of the room type we had booked were available. They did have larger upgraded rooms available which would have better accommodated us, however despite the mistake being on their side they insisted that we would either needed to pay for the up…

Accueil et suivi : une demande de changement de chambre à été rapidement prise en charge (odeur de marijuana dans la 1ere). Reductions dans le restaurantàcôtéet le magasin. Possibilitéde se garer en arrivant (donc avant l heure de check-) ; c'estun vrai plus (car les parkings visiteurs pour le parc se remplissentvm vite. En un mot, nous avons adoré notre (trop cout) séjour. . − Rien
