+ Great location right in the Broadway district and a stones throw from Central Park. Room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

− Guest Facilities did not respond to my request despite attending my call, Lift was unreliable, took me more than 30 minutes to reach my room as only one lift was operational.

+ Posizione, staff gentile e disponibile − Lunghe attese per gli unici due ascensori. Ne hanno anche un terzo ma è fuori servizio da molto tempo. In Un albergo con 34 piani due ascensori sono pochi. Tra l'altro è capitato più di un giorno che uno dei due funzionanti fosse fuori servizio provando attese oltre i 30 minuti. COLAZIONE MOLTO MINIMAL E SEMPRE RIPETITIVA. Camera troppo piccola per essere una camera doppia attrezzata per persone che utilizzano una sedia a rotelle.

+ Zimmer sauber, gute Lage. − Am ersten Tag funktionierte einer der drei Aufzüge nicht. Am zweiten Tag war sogar nur noch ein Aufzug in Betrieb. Dadurch entstanden Wartezeiten von über einer Stunde in der Lobby, nur um zu den Zimmern zu gelangen. Das war äußerst ärgerlich und hat leider die gesamte Stimmung und Laune während unseres Urlaubs verdorben.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado + La ubicación era la que yo buscaba - cerca de Central Park/ Columbus Circle. Me sorprendió que la habitación mucho mejor de lo esperado para el precio que pagué - más moderna, espaciosa y equipada. El personal era amable para los estándares de Nueva York. Y no me cobraron por dejar la maleta tras el check out (suelo quedarme en el Sheraton Times Square que está a dos manzanas y allí sí me cobran) − A ratos había un ascensor estropeado y las esperas eran altas. No dan puntos Hilton Honors si reservas por Booking

Don’t go there! Elevators arent well maintained and not enough for the number of rooms + It’s clean well located and afford that’s All. − Elevators. You either are going to wait for up to 20 minutes to take an elevator and this is if you don’t got stuck in it. Staff knows about it and they don’t care.

Excelente custo benefício. Instalação precisa de cuidados. + Localização excelente, perto de vários pontos de interesse como Time Square, Central Park, Summit e fácil acesso ao metrô. − Elevadores. Dos 3 existentes, 2 estavam funcionando, no segundo dia quebrou mais 1. Ficou 1 elevador somente, e faziam longas filas para subir, e para descer demorava muito tempo para conseguir um elevador. Ficamos 5 dias em NY e no último dia todos os elevadores voltaram a funcionar... outro ponto ruim relacionado a elevador, é que os funcionários tbm utilizam para subir e descer na hora da limpeza dos quartos. Diferente de outros locais onde as camareiras ficam fixas nos corredores, nesse hotel a camareira que está limpando 1 quarto no 20° andar por exemplo, quando termina ela vai pro 30° e assim por diante, então todas as camareiras ficam circulando nos elevadores, e com fluxo intenso de hospedes mais os elevadores quebrados, deixaram a experiência um pouco prejudicada.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay + Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay; the few minor inconveniences were not enough to take away from a great experience. The location is excellent, right between two well-known avenues. The room looked great, offering plenty of space for a solo traveler, and the housekeeping was top-notch. Despite my room being situated right between two elevators, it was completely quiet with zero elevator noise. − At the front desk, the person handling check-in was not particularly welcoming, but the rest of the staff throughout the stay was very nice. The elevators experienced high wait times during peak hours, though this significantly improved once the third elevator was repaired. The only slightly awkward practice was at breakfast: even though it was a buffet already prepaid at check-in, the servers still brought a zero-dollar check to the table at the end, seemingly just for tips. The staff was fantastic, very polite, and I gladly tipped them, but the forc…
