Estancia de 5 estrellas en Nueva York + Me encanto la decoración del hotel, la ubicación, la máquina de hielo y agua − El ruido que hacia el aparato del aire acondicionado

Weekend Visit + Rooms are very small. Not well arranged either. Mini bar and dresser in closet so not much room for items on hangers. Lobby bar was reserved for private group so not any seating for those not in group. Bed is comfortable but sheets had holes. Disappointing for the money spent on room.

Fehat is truly amazing! + Fehat was the highlight of our stay here, such incredible customer service, cares about the guests and truly loves what he does! The other staff at the hotel can learn a big lesson from him.

Wonderful + Wasn't sure what to expect after reading mixed reviews online but I went with my gut and stayed . So thankful we did Top notch staff . Rooms were very clean . Will definitely stay again

Terrific trip to NYC. Fix bathtub. + Great Location. Options for breakfast. Two beds. − Bath Tub—beyond disgusting. Would not be surprised if there was black mold underneath the cracks. Needs to be fixed immediately. Everything else was terrific!

+ I liked the architecture and the feel of it. − It was difficult to get to and the valet parking go was a little confusing and chaotic when we pulled up. I really don’t appreciate that it’s been 20 business days and I haven’t received my deposit back. I have sent a message and called and left a message.

Hotel top👍 + Davvero una struttura funzionale e molto pulita..in pieno centro esattamente dietro Times Square a 10/15 minuti a piedi da tantissimi posti clou.. metro a due passi..personale competente ( tutti sanno almeno 4 lingue) sempre pronti ad aiutarti e soprattutto gentilissimi consigliatissima😉 − Tutto perfetto

Hotel is good for short stay and location is superb. However, if you are a light sleeper, booking around summer time whe + Very good location! Close to times square and broadway as well as subway and bus stations. Also, i love the complimentary coffee and to-go breakfast. − The air conditioning was quite noisy. My husband slept through it but unfortunately it woke me up every now and again.

⭐ Marisela Made All the Difference⭐️ + I just want to give a shoutout to Marisela at the front desk. We stopped in this morning to try to get some help for a friend who is staying at the Edison, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what we needed and immediately took care of it for us. After a frustrating experience the night before, her kindness and willingness to help meant more than she probably realized. She was warm, helpful and just genuinely nice to deal with. Thank you, Marisela! You made our morning and we really appreciated you.
