+ ארוחת בוקר מגוונת, מלון יפה ונוח, חדר כושר מצוייד היטב, מיטות נוחות, שירות חדרים מצויין, מנות גדולות בבר ובשורות חדרים. בריכה חמודה. − המלון מתפקד כבית הבראה לגיל השלישי, עם מרפאות מגוונות, לכן האוכלוסייה מבוגרת.

מלון עם פוטנציאל אם ישפרו את השירות + הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב זה מיקום המלון ביחס למרכז ולפארק מרחק הליכה − הרגשה כאילו חזרתי לברית המועצות ולבית אבות. מלא מבוגרים שהולכים לטיפולים. לא היה נקיון בחדרים. אפילו הילדים שלי מצאו ריסים שנפלו למישהו על המיטה שלהם. היינו משפחה גדולה, הזמנו 3 חדרים. בפועל קיבלנו 2 חדרים צמודים וחדר אחד בבניין השני רחוק, למרות שעשינו הזמנה לפני כמעט 4 חודשים. אוכל בחדר אוכל היה לא טעים בלשון המעטה. פעם אחד שילדים שלי לא אכלו ועטפתי 2 סנדוויצ׳ים לדרך האדם ביציאה די כעס אלי , למרות שהוא זה שהסכים כן שניקח. בבריכה יש הרבה צרעות, אחד מהם עקצה את הילדה שלי. אין סאונה ואין ג׳קוזי. רק בריכה בחוץ. בריכה בפנים רק לצורך טיפולים. החלפת מגבות פעם ביומיים 😳 ואחרי שביקשנו כן קיבלנו החלפה אבל עם פרצופים ובחוסר רצון מוחלט. במלון יש חוקים מאוד נוקשים כמו בברית המועצות. חדרים גדולים ויש פוטנציאל אם ישפרו את נותני השירות

− Old rooms, in old building(s) that needs renovation (2 decades ago) and upgrade. Breakfast is poor especially if you were not raised in old USSR and looking for something decent to start the day with. Espresso machine did not fit into the time machine so only filter coffee. No idea how the SPA is but from walking the halls, it did not look too welcoming.

+ Good location and overall a good experience. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we enjoyed our stay. − there were a lot of dogs barking at night, and the plumbing/pipes were very loud, which made it difficult to sleep.
