Good stay with one gripe + Room was nice and clean. Service was very good. My only gripe would be that coffee mugs had lipstick stains. They were not cleaned well. Overall, it was a pleasent stay. Security was very good. A key-card is used for the door and taking the lift.

This is not a hotel!! + This is not a 3 star hotel. It was a terrible experience. I booked a deluxe room to stay 9 nights. 1.We arrived at noon and the staff told us after making payments to wait until 3pm for checkin. So there is no lounge and we had to wait outside. 2. Once we got our room at 3pm, there were hairs on pillow and on the bed. I immediately called them to get new bedsheet and pillow. 3. 5mins after, a cleaning guy came, and i stayed in the room. While removing the bed sheet, i saw more hairs on the matress. I had to tell him to bring the vaccum. The guy did his job and went. 4. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. The room was still dirty, telephone was never cleaned, the last time room was painted, paint fell on the drawer was let to dry, curtain was so old and smelly. 5. 10 mins later i called at the reception and asked for a full refund. 6. I took my luggage with my wife and walked towards berjaya to find a better hotel. It was a tough experience after…

+ This hotel has car parking. It is good point. But the location is difficult to find out because there is car parking behind hotel. We can put our car besides entrance first. Then, we can get hotel stuff's support.

Poor + Acceptable for the price that I paid. But the room is way different than the pictured room. All pictures looks nice and clean but reality it's not at all. So dark and seems dirty. No curtains for bath and bath is easy close to the toilet so after shower, the toilet is going to be wet that makes me feel disgusting. Wall, and door were so thin so you can hear what people talking about clearly from the wall. I woke up at 6am because of the sound from the next room which is like someone bouncing ping-pong ball onto the floor. Also some people needed to check out early morning so I could hear the loud voice from the door. In KL, I guess you can find better hotel with same price. Not recommend this hotel.

Definitely a good value for money and very acceptable in its category! + It’s not the last update and brand new hotel in town but definitely still a very acceptable and great value for money! Rooms are clean, provide all necessary basics including hair dryer, safe as well hot and cold water dispenser and bathroom amenities including dental kit. Hot water and great pressure too! Front office team is polite and was extremely kind to allow me to check-in at 11am which has been greatly appreciated it and thank you so much for it! Definitely recommend it in its category!

Friendly staff + Had a great time at Izumi. Started out with a very small budget room that I upgraded to a much bigger one. The staff showed me several room options which I appreciated. Location can't be beat. All the restaurants and bars were close by as was mass transit. Staff was very friendly.

good hotel near paviliion KL + good location near pavillion KL. Price is around 15 USD per night they offer 24 hour receptionist and also hot water. good place to stay and its very neat and clean. the price for money is worth it. and also its near alor street food.

+ It is close to so many good food. You can take the free KL bus which is close by. There is hot water and you can refill your water at the lift lobby. Ironing is also available for free to use. Will definitely book this hotel again.

+ Photos were misleading. Rooms very small. Had pillar in middle of room making it inconvenient to move around. AC didn't work well. Poorly maintained. Very dirty. Neighborhood not the nicest.

Excellent Stay at the Heart of the City + Booking Name : Mohamad Nizam Masood (Agoda). Duration : 24 – 25th March 2024. Location : The hotel is located at the very heart of Bukit Bintang, a very vibrant and lively shopping district in Kuala Lumpur. It is within walking distance (around 2 mins by foot) from Exit F Bukit Bintang MRT Station. It is easily spotted from the main road and has a very tacky building colour. The road leading to the area is full of reasonable priced eateries, banks, pharmacies and 24 hours convenience stores. It is also near to Changkat and Jalan Alor, which are very famous tourist attractions. For shopping fever person, this hotel is located just 5 mins walk from Pavilion, Fahrenheit and all the shopping centres in the area. Reception : The reception area is small but well lit. Conveniently Located, But Needs Major Improvement + I chose to stay at this hotel because of its strategic location. It is situated in the heart of the Bukit Bintang area, surrounded by several major shopping malls such as Sungai Wang Plaza, Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion KL. This is a very small hotel. The lobby is extremely compact with no proper waiting or resting area and it only has a small front desk. The check-in process was quick and a deposit of RM50 was collected, which is refundable. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. The hotel provides car parking, but it uses an automated parking system with a rotating platform. While it appears advanced, it felt a bit intimidating and not very safe. The lift is very small and the layout of the floors is quite strange. + On my first night checking in, I found my dirty room with stained bedsheets. I quickly asked for a room change but they didn’t let me, and instead passed me some new bedsheets (and had me change them by myself). The next day, I asked for refund for one night, and they said they couldn’t, and gave me another room instead. And that night, instead of dirty bedsheets, I found a small cockroach in the room. I don’t know if this is consider “normal” in Malaysia but I was a little disappointed.
