+ Nous avons adoré la chambre, très spacieuse, vitre partout, on a l'impression de dormir dans la rue, mais sans aucun bruit. C'était génial. Petit dej très sympa aussi. Bewertung: Wir hatten dieses Hotel im Voraus über Booking.com gebucht, hatten eine gültige Buchungsbestätigung und alle weiteren Unterlagen vorliegen. Nach einer kräftezehrenden 10-stündigen Anreise kamen wir um 22:00 Uhr völlig erschöpft am Hotel an und wollten eigentlich nur noch ins Bett. Stattdessen erlebten wir den absolut schlechtesten Kundenservice, der uns je untergekommen ist. An der Rezeption wurde uns plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass es angeblich einen „Hackerangriff“ auf Booking.com gegeben habe. Daher sei es unmöglich, uns das Zimmer zu dem von uns gebuchten und bestätigten Preis zu geben. Man stellte uns vor eine unfassbare Wahl: Entweder wir zahlen mehr als das Doppelte des ursprünglichen Preises für unser eigentliches Zimmer. Oder wir zahlen einen Aufpreis von 50 % auf unseren ursprünglichen Preis – für ein deutlich kleineres und schlechteres Zimmer! Die Pflichten des…

Simple breakfast and a refreshing ninth-floor infinity pool with beautiful Bangkok skyline views — a great way to start + The infinity swimming pool on the ninth floor was one of the highlights of our stay. It was very refreshing at the end of the day, especially after exploring Bangkok, and the view of the Bangkok skyline and horizon was beautiful. The breakfast was simple but quite convenient and was a good way to start the day. The hotel was also close enough to the BTS to make getting around Bangkok convenient. The transfer service from the hotel to the BTS was useful, even though it was not very frequent. − Although our reservation was accepted for two adults and one teenager, it was not clear during the booking process that an extra bed for the teenager would require an additional payment. We only found this out when we arrived and were asked to pay extra. This should be made much clearer during the reservation process. The transfer service to the BTS was also not very frequent …
