Amazing trip + We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort with our family. Our rooms were located on the beachside, which gave us beautiful views and made the experience even more special. The resort is stunning, well maintained, and very relaxing. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Phuket.

Nice hotel in Phuket + The past few days I spent here were truly fantastic. All the staff were friendly, and the quality of the restaurant and swimming pool was excellent. When I checked in, a staff member named Bonus gave me a very detailed explanation of the hotel. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my vacation without any inconvenience. Thank you again.

Dinner at PINTO + Great variety of International cuisine at PINTO (Intercontinental Phuket). There is really something for everyone. The Butter Chicken with naan was delicious. Ribeye was super tender. Great service to match as well . Thank you to the wonderful team , Yad , Poo, Ain, Walit, Mes and Praew for an unforgettable evening .

Exceptional + The hotel was very beautiful and very clean There are multiple swimming pools in the hotel apart from the main pool , all were very clean The food is very delicious , the room is spacious , and the staff were very friendly,, its good to mention that the spa was exceptional . I really liked every single detail in the hotel − Nil

Far from 6-Star: Unhygienic, Chaotic, and Unprofessional + We booked a 6-day family holiday expecting luxury, but this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. • Filthy Rooms: We checked into a room that clearly hadn't been cleaned. We found leftover opened milk in the fridge, dried contact lenses on the nightstand, and used slippers in the wardrobe. • Incompetent Service: Basic requests were ignored or botched. An extra bed promised in the afternoon was completely forgotten by night. When we asked for adult shower gel, housekeeping left children's shampoo at our door. • Rude Butler & Ruined Plans: Our assigned butler completely messed up our itinerary (spa and kids' activities) due to severe miscommunication, sending our kids on a stressful wild goose chase. When I tried to clarify the situation, the butler literally held a hand up to my face to stop me from speaking. • Poor F&B Service: Severe language barriers meant we received the wrong breakfast orders daily. Excellent location, services, and nice experience. + The service was outstanding. The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of it! I also loved the long vanity counter in the bathroom, which provided plenty of space for my makeup and personal things.
