Terrible + We were over charged significantly from the price on our hotels.com booking and spent the whole 2 days grying to get the money back. No one would help and we were rold to come back each day at a different time but there was never anyone available to help. We are keaving now with the promise someone will contact us! As well we didnt get the room we paid fdor and the whole grass area in front of the room is a building site

+ Over all good staff and few dining options in the area. The main building has been renovated but the studios and shallots are outdated and not so clean.

Terrible experience + The Room thermostats is not working on Auto-mode and the room freezes due to some maintenance issue with the AC system. when requested the engineer they advised that they keep the fans operational on Auto-mode so that the furniture doesn't get damaged, and when i told him what about the tenants, he smiled that they don't care much. on top of that we had to change the room also since the bathroom and bathtub was flooding. The shisha caffe is closed during summer and the one available closed at 10:00 pm. Restaurant don't offer always the dinner buffet since as they say they don't have enough customers in the hotel and that only al la carte is available. overall it was a terrible experience..

Not on their a game that weekend + The Ac in the room broke down and it was a fight on the first day to get the extra bed for the 3rd person. Chef was lovely with my daughter though

+ Overall a great stay. Exterior looked a little weathered, but inside was bright, clean, and modern. My room with balcony appeared fresh, spacious, clean, and good lighting. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet had good variety and choices.

+ The room wasn't clean. The shower was leaking. The sofa in the room is very dirty and has dirty spots on it. This hotel needs rooms renovation.

Radisson Blu Al Ail + It was a family friendly resort with several great choices for meals. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was tasty and fresh. The fitness facilities were excellent and there was something for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and happy to meet your every need.
