Just OK + The location and setting is beautiful but after that things go down hill. The rooms need updating, definetly a bat problem on property which is concerning. The food was very good and very helpful/hospitable staff, but would consider an alternative location closer to central area or Tam coc with any future stay for better value.

The facilities are good, including the spa, pool, and gym, and the breakfast offers a decent variety with the Vietnamese dishes being a highlight. The resort is slightly isolated, so taxis are needed to explore Ninh Binh, but it is a peaceful base for visiting the area. − Overall, a pleasant stay, although the handling of a small accidental room item breakage charge at check-out was disappointing and affected the final impression.

+ Staff and rooms are amazing and great value. Breakfast was so good − Gardens are jn poor condition for a resort, it makes the place look average. No towels around the pool to use

Disappointing end to trip + I had planned to give Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh a 5/5 rating, as overall we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience at check-out changed my view. While using the shower, one of the ceramic shower gel dispensers broke after slipping from the open shelf where it was placed. It was a pump-style dispenser, and as it was being pressed, it slipped, fell onto the tiled shower floor, and shattered. At check-out, I was charged 150,000 VND for the damage. While I understand the need to replace broken items, the amount seemed excessive for what appeared to be an accident caused in part by a design that is prone to items slipping and breaking. It felt unreasonable to place the full responsibility on the guest when the setup itself is not particularly practical. Aside from this issue, the hotel was good. Our room was large, comfortable, and spacious. One thing I would recommend is bringing a plug-in mosquito repellent and keeping it switched on. Th…

Das Resort hat alles geboten, was man sich von einem Aufenthalt in Ninh Binh etwas ausserhalb vom Trubel wünscht: Sehr k + Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. − Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
