A magical stay at Lady Hill Sapa Resort! + Our stay at Lady Hill Sapa Resort was truly magical. The location itself was mesmerizing, with breathtaking mountain views. We booked a bungalow a few minutes from the hotel lobby, and a major plus was being able to request a buggy at any time, making it very convenient to travel to and from the bungalow. During check-in, Manager Mr. Mathew kindly assisted us with our card transactions, as we were experiencing difficulties due to our foreign transaction limits. He was patient, positive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. We would also like to thank the bellman, Mr. San, with whom we had a pleasant conversation about the Maldives. He helped us book our Fansipan Legend cable car tickets and dropped us off at and picked us up from the gate. We truly appreciated his friendliness and helpfulness.
