Save your money and go elsewhere + The room on the tenth floor had a nice view − The room wasn't properly clean. Fresh towels were dirty. Bedsheets never changed. Cleaning staff kept knocking and ringing doorbell early in the morning despite the do not disturb sign on. Came back around midnight afternoon to find all cleaning staff sitting on the floor of the room next door chatting and on their phones whilst our room wasn't properly cleaned. Also, the stairs (which were emergency stairs) were filled with clutter, shoes, storage, and even dirty food bowls. Also, the staff weren't helpful. The concierge never opened a door or helped us with our bags. He did, however, corner us in the lobby to try and sell us a Ba Na Hills tour package with his friend. The receptionists never checked in or offered any information or apologies when the services advertised weren't actually true. False advertising. The sky bar was closed completely and no one told us. We were waiting at it for ages befor…

Příště bych si vybral jiný hotel + Hotel má dobrou polohu, působí moderně a designově. Snídaně v pořádku. − Pokoj vás v první chvíli nadchne, ale po pár minutách začínáte pociťovat naprosté nedostatky a všímat si různých detailů. Chybí úložné prostory, jen jedna ze stropů trčící tyč s pěti ramínky. Umyvadlo nepraktické, k mýdlence se musíte pořád shýbat. Není kde pověsit ručník na osušení rukou. Zrcadlo velmi špatně a slabě osvětlené. Ve sprchovém koutě se nachází toaleta, což je hodně nepříjemné. Z každého sprchování vše mokré. Spáry v koupelně jsou černé nebo plesnivé. Mokré osušky také nelze nikde pověsit. V koupelně je velice malá polička, na kterou osušku nelze pověsit. Madlo od sprchového koutu je použitelné, ale pokud máte ještě osušky z pláže, tak je nemůžete vůbec nikde pověsit. V pokoji se nedá pracovat, chybí jakýkoli stolek nebo židle. Postele jsou na vyvýšeném stupni, v noci snadno zakopnete. Matrace jsou velmi tvrdé. Na snídaních nějaké chemické koktejly místo skuteč…

Decepcionante + Very little to highlight − The air conditioning doesn’t cool the room at all, making it unbearably hot throughout the entire stay. The swimming pool ruined a swimsuit I was wearing for the first time, leaving it covered in green stains caused by metallic deposits in the water. The pool’s sky bar was also a disappointment. There were never any staff there, so it was impossible to order drinks or receive any service. What disappointed me the most was the staff’s response. I asked for help, but they completely refused to assist, telling me to buy the cleaning products myself and wash it on my own. They also promised that the manager would resolve the issue the next day, but that never happened. We also rented a motorbike that was in very poor condition. It was handed over with the fuel tank almost empty, and the engine kept jerking and randomly stalling while riding, creating a serious safety risk. Overall, the service was nothing special. Not worth the money, images and facilities mentioned are misleading + The location − The pool area was barely functional with broken furniture and no staff. The only meal available was breakfast and the food tasted terrible. The staff was very rude when we asked for eggs to be made as an alternative to the food available. Also my room was just below the restaurant kitchen and several mornings I’d wake up to noise from the kitchen. We booked a king bed but got to single mattresses joined on a bed so middle parting between mattresses was very uncomfortable

A wonderful hotel for a holiday. + The hotel staff is very kind and always ready to help with any question. The breakfasts were very tasty (the variety of fruits and pastries is unmatched). The rooftop pool is unmatched. − The room lacks hooks or any shelves for storing things, or a wardrobe. Also, the arrangement of the sink, shower, and toilet in the room is very inconvenient. The door to the toilet opens in an inconvenient way. After taking a shower, the entire toilet and everything around it are covered in water.
