Would not go again + Room was fine. Staff - when available - were nice − Extremely dated resort. They were obviously operating at about 10% of total capacity and resultantly had far too few staff. The bars were unstaffed, some of the restaurants and bars were closed permanently. Very difficult to get a drink or water whilst at the beach / pool. Food was also very disappointing - including the buffet breakfast which had poor choices and lacklustre food. Please clean the toaster used at the breakfast, it is extremely dirty.

Hotel z niewykorzysranym potencjałem + Lokalizacja nad samym morzem, dobre śniadania − Słabe sprzątanie, nie dokładają kosmetyków (mydło, szampon), ostatniego dnia nawet nie wymienili ręczników, nie zamiatają, restauracja serwująca obiady bardzo słaba, w okolicy brak restauracji, w momencie przyjazdu pokój nie był gotowy a personel bardzo nieprzyjemny i niepomocny, bar przy basenie praktycznie nie działa, ciężko coś zamówić, na plaży tylko 11 parasoli z leżakami i już o 6.30 rano wszystkie zajęte tylko przez ręczniki

Good inexpensive choice on a wonderful stretch of beach + It seems to me that this hotel attracts reviews on two extreme ends – either really great or very bad. I was hesitant initially but took the plunge anyway as the rate was low at my point of booking and I wanted a beachfront hotel within my budget limit. Pros: 1. Clean, lovely, quiet beach with soft powdery sand - just steps away from the hotel ground 2. No insects, mold or foul smell in the room. The hotel has bungalows (ocean or garden views) and two multiple-storey hotel blocks (superior and deluxe rooms with either ocean or garden views). I stayed in the deluxe hotel block – the rooms have balconies, are larger and they appeared to be better maintained than the other categories. Interior design and furnishings look somewhat worn and dated but acceptable, given the low price and fairly adequate cleanliness 3. Terrible experience + The hotel is super run-down. Booked a Premier Suite and cost $157/night. The room is dirty and dusty. The bed’s headboard is yellowish with stains. The furniture and fittings are rusty and torn. The bathtub is cracked. The beach bar is so old and dirty with no staff tending it. I had to get the life guard to find a staff to get my drinks. Not enough beach/pool chairs at the beach and pool. Even the beach towels are torn. The whole hotel has no aircon except a small room in the restaurant with only 10 tables and the hotel room. Was given only 1 key card so the room is hot when I get back. It is hell to stay here in summer. Hôtel provides 1 set of sample sized shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. How can it be enough for 2 pax in a room?! Location is far from city and there’s nothing around the hotel. Need to call taxi to get out just for a meal. Hotel food is terrible. Wifi is bad. The staff were great I wish they could speak more English I would not stay there again + The only thing I really liked about sandy beach resort it’s right on the beach and the breakfast offered lots of variety − The property was old , dirty walls in the room , no iron or iron board at the property at all. The rooms were not clean curtains dirty ect… very outdated .

Good for the price. + Very nice place. The buildings is indeed a bit old. My room was huge. Great space. Clean. The gym is great. Bigger and more equipped than most of hotel gym. − Building is quite old you can tell. Breakfast is not great. Don’t expect much. Haven’t tried the pool. There is not AC in the gym. We left at 16:00 on our arrival day without even checking into a room because the conditions were unacceptable.The lobby is open-air with no air conditioning. In the extreme Vietnamese heat and humidity, our clothes were soaked in sweat within 3 minutes. They forced us to wait in this unbearable heat for over 3 hours. I walked around and saw that many rooms identical to ours were completely empty and ready, yet they refused to check us in early.The property is huge but completely neglected, looking like a post-apocalyptic scene. One pool area was totally abandoned—no chairs, no towels, and no staff. At the other pool, there were only 3 families, but when I asked for a sun umbrella, the staff bluntly said they had none left.The beach and grounds look completely deserted and ruined. + Not much. Place looks run down. A few derelict buildings. Room was nice and comfy bed with great views of the ocean. Location to the beach was great.....but, for us, that's it. − Not friendly staff, very indifferent. Food was average at best. Rely on Grab for transport into Da Nang. Absolutely no vibe. + La posizione sulla spiaggia e il parco sono molto belli, il personale è sempre disponibile e gentile − L'hotel nel suo complesso sarebbe da ristrutturare, le piscine sono abbastanza rovinate e anche alcune pareti esterne e strutture mostrano il segno del tempo. Se non fosse per la posizione e il personale non lo consiglierei, comunque nel suo complesso è buono.
