Great location, great view and good service + Good location, fast wifi, comfortable bed and air conditioning can be controlled. We had 2 bedroom suite facing ocean view with balcony. Good breakfast selection. Thank you Trun Thrang for good service in breakfast area. − Pool is outdated and tiles could be cleaner

Outstanding Customer Service and excellent location + We had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for enjoying Da Nang, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and quality each morning. What impressed us most, however, was the level of customer service. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Tran, the customer service representative who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us our room when we checked in, and Ms. Lam, who remained attentive throughout our stay and continuously worked to ensure that we were comfortable and happy with our room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our experience were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern regarding our room. Great hotel for family or couples Aussie that loved it + We loved our stay at TMS hotel it was the first time I was really impressed by the service how clean and how well presented this hotel was. Access to the beach was no more than a minute the rooftop pool was beautiful and so was the breakfast the rooms are spotless and immaculate and it's easy access to nightclubs bars and restaurants I will definitely stay again this hotel has one me over thank you to the team at TMS I will see you soon again

Fist Class Customer Service + I don’t do reviews very often. We were a group of 8 on a golfing trip. One of our party had a medical incident which was quite serious. Lam from front desk went above and beyond. She arranged an ambulance and accompanied us to the hospital where she stayed the whole time and assisted with translation etc. It made the experience less stressful than it otherwise would have been. She even organised and accompanied our friend back to the hotel when everything was under control. I can’t thank her enough. Aside from the amazing customer service received from Lam the hotel was amazing. Rooms were large, modern and hotel is in a great location on My Khe beach with bars restaurants, beach clubs and massage places all walking distance.

Banana Vanilla Smoothie + Absolutely loved our stay at TMS Hotel Da Nang. The rooms were great, the staff were incredibly friendly, the location is perfect right across from the beach, and the rooftop pool has an amazing view. But none of that is the reason I’m writing this review. The Banana Vanilla Smoothie. I genuinely cannot explain how good this smoothie is. I ordered one thinking it would just be a normal hotel smoothie and somehow ended up planning parts of my day around when I could have another one. Perfectly creamy, cold, sweet without being ridiculous, and the banana-to-vanilla ratio has apparently been perfected by someone who takes their job extremely seriously. You could remove the rooftop pool. You could move the hotel away from the beach. You could take the bed out of the room and make me sleep on the floor. I’d still consider coming back for the Banana Vanilla Smoothie. We had a fantastic stay and I’d happily recommend TMS to anyone visiting Da Nang, but serious…

Perfect Beach Hotel + The ocean view rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The outside noise can be a bother for light sleepers but with the curtains drawn it was pretty quiet. The facilities are top notch with the gym, yoga studio, roofdeck pool all providing good experience for guests. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right across the beach and around it there are many restaurants, cafes, shops, and other services as well. Will definitely come back for another stay!

Excellent time at the exceptional TMS hotel! + Amazing location with the excellent staff at the reception, at the restaurant and the maintenance. Everyone who work here are friendly, curious and welcoming. Had a wonderful time waking up to the sunrise view from the room in Da Nang at the beach facing TMS Hotel! Highlight of our trip first and foremost is the hotel, staff and the of course the beach!! Will definitely come back!!

We felt like family + TMS Danang Vietnam, the most friendly and hospitable hotel. Nothing was a trouble. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Food in all restaurants was exceptional! All the staff no matter what job knew your name, what your preferred drink was, how your health was, who your family were and who you would sit with. Our family had a few health episodes and the assistance was amazing! Excellent value for money when it is matched by such wonderful hospitality in all areas.
