What made this visit exceptionally memorable was the outstanding hospitality and deep personal care from the entire team. A special thank you to Ha from the Concierge team and Tham at the Executive Lounge. Ha was incredibly attentive and caring, meticulously planning each day of my two-day itinerary to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was coordinating a trip to church or arranging logistics for my next stop, Ha was always proactively enquiring after my well-being and managing every detail flawlessly.
