Detail oriented service, beautiful and peaceful resort with calm beach. + Staffs are absolutely great. Please treat them well, so keep them happy, all of them were having happy faces and moods. I heard some of them mentioned that facilities start to show some ages, but I absolutely enjoyed the room and lobby and restaurant. Buggy service was fast as well! − I cannot say anything bad. At least for my needs, everything was good!

Overall the hotel staff ace it, with very prompt polite services. The buggy service is always quick and on time and the + The facilities and proximity to the beach − This is personal preference but the artefacts in the room and some art work can be quite daunting Also the hotel can afford to have some refurbishment Can see signs of aging although effort has been made to keep the hotel as clean as possible .

This was the most magical way to end our 15-day trip to Vietnam. + Our favorite part of our stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort was the fabulous treatment given to us at the Spa! All the girls were incredibly friendly, but our massage therapists, Hai and Jasmine were amazing! We get many massages while travelling, but these two therapists were by far the best service we have received. We plan to come back next year so hope to see them both again! Staff at the Department of Chemistry (the bar) were also great. − Signage on the beach to stop people from picking up (and putting in plastic bags!) the starfish. It was upsetting to see so many people collecting or simply picking up the starfish.

是我住過最棒的體驗！ + 很喜歡整個飯店用學校來做主題！ 讓很多地方都可以發現細節的小巧思～ 今次入住是在記念日 飯店幫我們準備了房間的小驚喜也非常開心 在整個園區的各種設施和活動都非常棒 待了4天3晚也不會無聊 在園區內只要叫車，幾分鐘內就馬上到 用WhatsApp聯絡還回覆非常快非常方便 即使出了飯店也可以馬上有支援 超過10分！更不用說基本的所有服務都做得很好！
