Amazing Service by Dedicated Hotel Staff, Memorable Stay Thanks to Wonderful Staff Heartwarming Service and Excellent Ho + I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel hotel. The rooms were always neat, clean, and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a good variety and excellent quality. What really stood out was the staff from help desk ayyppan, jun, adil, and amor, junkeer they were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and greeted us with such warm smiles that made us feel genuinely welcomed every day... The hotel’s location is another big advantage. It is in a prime area, very close to Deira City Centre and Carrefour, making shopping and dining very convenient. Public transportation is also easily accessible, which made traveling around the city smooth and stress-free. Overall, everything about this stay was excellent, and it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.…

Absolutely amazong stay!!! + Amazing stay at this hotel. The staff’s work is truly appreciated they provided a warm welcome, always greeted us with a smile, and were consistently ready to help specially thanks to Ms. Jun, adil, ayyppan, amor appreciate their job.The rooms were neat, clean, and beautifully decorated, and I could even see the Burj Khalifa from my room. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The location is prime, with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

Unforgotable stay at Novotel creek side hotel + I had a really good and comfortable stay at Novotel creekside side hotel. The room was tidy, clean, and well maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. One of the best parts was the creek view from my room it was very nice and relaxing, especially in the mornings and evenings. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here. The combination of excellent staff service, cleanliness, and a beautiful view made my stay memorable. From help desk Jun, Adil, Ayyappan, amor, sudip always willing to help appreciate there work. Iwould definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

Absolutely amazing stay + ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at novotel creek side hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with very easy access to transportation. The metro station is just minutes away, and reaching the city center or airport is quick and convenient. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional some staff name i want to mention ayyppan, amor, adil and jun always ready to help, especially with recommendations for great shopping places. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, and the lobby was calm, elegant, and very welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-class service.

Ismail Elmanier + I was on a five-day business trip in room 409 , but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. From the very beginning, there was a girl named Shashi who opened the hotel door for me with a very beautiful smile. There was also Jun, who was very kind. At breakfast, there was Ibrahim, who worked in the restaurant. He loved offering his help and generously and kindly tried to fulfill all my requests. When I went to the swimming pool, I was trying to take a selfie, and there was a young Indian man working as a lifeguard who offered to help me take my picture with his phone. He took the most beautiful photos. He is truly skilled at taking photos and videos. I really loved staying at this hotel and will definitely return. The management is very smart in choosing its staff.
