+ Great Shuttle Service to and from airport. Lots of shopping around the area. We dined in the restaurant last night and it was wonderful. A hearty buffet breakfast was served by Robert who was extremely helpful and is an asset to Rove. As all the staff who were extremely professional and friendly. I will come back and stay here longer.

Amazing hotel, great staffs, great location + Nice hotel at great location, 3 minutes to metro station, plenty of choices for food. Great staff, especially, Jazzir At the reception.

+ The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport...this is very handy for first time - and even frequent - travellers to Dubai. It saves time, the hassle of tring to get data to order a ride-share or find a taxi. I also liked the helpfulness of the staff and readiness to accommodate reasonable requests. I also liked having the water supplied in glass bottles, the promptness of room service. A real nice gesture was leaving a new white room slippers when the cleaner noted the old ones I was using. I didn't find one supplied on arrival so this was nice :) I would have liked the room's amenities to revert to the old style small bottles etc. - these large dispensers are not my thing.
