From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities, which were all well maintained and added to the overall experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Tbilisi while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable environment. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, and I truly felt welcomed as a guest. This was my first solo trip to Tbilisi, and staying at Royal Tulip Hotel & Casino made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for …

Not great + It was ok, spacious, not to dusty. − Spa! This thing is disgusting! Moldy! Stinky! Sauna at 45 degrees Celsius. The lady in charge told me that it is working… a little bit. Intense smell of artificial air freshener everywhere.

terrible + nothing we eat from ur resturant and u poison me with ur expired food.clean the bed evry 3 days.... change bedshits so dirty life style.bad view location − resturant food not fressh dangerus for humans sauna was broken but we oay spa facilities for just reklama u put without u have it!
