    − Our stay at Graf Hotel was overall good, and we were satisfied with the hotel and its location. However, we were very disappointed with the airport transfer service. We booked the transfer through the hotel and paid 80 GEL, but the guest was picked up in a very old car with dirty seats and an unpleasant smell inside. For a transfer costing 80 GEL, we honestly expected a clean and comfortable vehicle. This was not the standard we expected from the hotel and is something that should definitely be improved.

    Hotel elegante e comodo per il centro città + Hotel moderno in ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla città vecchia. La camera era ampia, bagno pulito e letto comodissimo. Colazione molto buona − L’unica nota negativa è che accanto all’hotel c’è un locale di karaoke ed è capitato che ci fosse un po’ di gente che faceva baccano all’uscita. Ma ovviamente questo non dipende dall’hotel
