+ 寝るだけとは言え清潔でした。清掃も丁寧でした − こっちの問題になると思いますが、住所を検索しても場所を見つけるのがちょっと難しいです。 看板などデカデカですので近くをきっちり見るとあーここだってなります。

Very comfortable! + We stayed here before flying back from Incheon airport. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. A walking distance to the metro, which is only a couple of stops from the airport. Some shops and restaurants nearby. − Nothing!

Poprawny nocleg przy transferach na lotnisku. + Bliska odległość od pociągu linii lotniskowej. Dużo restauracji i kawiarenek w okolicy, bardzo dobra okolica na transfer lub przeczekanie odwołanego lotu (jak w naszym przypadku). Bardzo dobrze wyposażona wspólna kuchnia. Transfer lotniskowy do dogadania, ale trzeba to robić od razu. − Obsługa nie mówiła wcale po angielsku. Mieliśmy problem z dogadaniem się. Przechowanie bagażu to załom schodów gdzie walizki stały niepilnowane. Taras jest tylko jeden na dachu budynku, od morza jest kawał drogi więc opis jest mocno mylący. Format hostelu mocno średni, do części wspólnych był otwarty dostęp (niby drzwi na dole zamknięte ale osoby z innych części budynku mogły swobodnie wejść).

+ Hotel bardzo czysty i wygodny. Po dwóch tygodniach intensywnego zwiedzania miło było położyć się i pooglądać telewizor z dostępem do Netflixa. Ogólnie bardzo miłe miejsce, gdzie można komfortowo wypocząć po podróży. − Obsługa bardzo marnie mówi po angielsku, o czym przekonałam się, gdy z łazienki zniknęły moje spodnie. Nie mogłam dojść z obsługą do porozumienia co się z nimi stało. Po wielu próbach z translatorem okazało się, że pani która sprzątała zabrała je myśląc, że ktoś o nich zapomniał. Dokąd je zabrała? Do suszenia? Do śmieci? Nie udało mi się dowiedzieć. Bardzo skromne śniadania. Tylko płatki i dżem. W dodatku kuchnia wyposażona jest tylko w jedną łyżkę, więc jeśli któryś z gości już je płatki, to innym pozostaje czekać lub jeść płatki na mleku widelcem.

+ Close to airport − we wanted to leave our luggage before we checked in. Luggage was left unsecured so we had to take many of our smaller bags wit us all day. When we arrived air conditioner was not on so room was very hot and hard to sleep.

+ It’s cheap, the room is clean, and the location is very convenient for the airport. Check-in is easy, the staff are friendly, and the room has a fridge and a small kitchen area with some basic breakfast food provided. The Wi-Fi is also fine. Overall, it’s a good budget option, but there is one significant drawback. − Our “private” bathroom and toilet were not ensuite, so not attached to our room. You have to walk through the shared living area to reach them, where other guests may be sitting. The shower also has no curtain or door, so it’s very easy to soak the toilet area, your clothes, and your towel unless you’re extremely careful. We also had problems with the water being cold and the bathroom floor flooding. To the staff’s credit, they dealt with the problem quickly and apologized.

Very different from what was advertised on Booking.com. + Nothing − 1.The room was advertised as 45 m², but in reality it was nowhere near that size — at most, it was around 20–25 m². 2.The private bathroom was located in the corridor, outside the room. Although it was supposedly assigned to our room, it was accessible to other guests, so we did not consider it a truly private bathroom. 3.We specifically booked a room with a terrace. Upon arrival, we were initially given a room without a window. After discussing the issue with the host, we were moved to a room with a window, but this room did not have a terrace. 4.The host told us that the property does not have any rooms with private terraces and that there is only a shared terrace. This directly contradicts the description of the room we booked. 5.The room was also advertised as having a table and a sofa, but neither was provided. 6.The room was not clean. We found hair from previous guests on the bedsheet, and there was visibl…
