+ Really good beds. − Alot of staff at the recepion. Englisch wasnt that great.

It’s ok for one night stay + The bed was ok and cleaned − The bathroom was not properly structured, and easy to flood. Difficult communication with the staff and it was difficult to arrange the shuttle to the airport (at 6.00 am)

Cannot recommend. + Basic cleaning is provided, meaning clean bedsheets and towels. Working AC. − 1. Everyone barely speaks English. You need to use a translator even to ask for a simple glass of water. We really struggled to communicate for all basic requests (e.g laundry service, renting motorbike, asking for an extra towel). 2. Very little "extras" provided. No hand soap, no shampoo, only dental kit and the shower soap. No face towels provided, only two big ones. When we asked for one more, they said no twice before giving it to us. And since they clean the rooms only after the 3rd day and all the rooms are quite moldy, using one towel for all is not very feasible. Additionally, the shower does not have a proper floor, so every time you shower the entire bathroom is completely flooded. 3. They really do not care about guests: the first night there were 2 earthquakes shocks of almost 6 as magnitude. And in the rush of going out, we locked ourselves outside the room. No one replied t…

+ De kamer was schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was prima, niet heel veel keus, nasi goreng of toast. Het was fijn dat we scooters bij de accomodatie konden huren. − Een van de (mannelijke) personeelsleden hield echt ALLES in de gaten, alsin je kon niks onopgemerkt doen. Er hangen overigens ook overal cameras, behalve in de kamers zelf (voor zover ik heb gezien). Om deze redenen hadden wij (2 meiden van in de 20) een vrij onprettig gevoel tijdens het verblijf, alsof we een beetje gestalkt werden. Verder is de locatie vrij buiten het centrum en is er ook weinig in de buurt. Wij hebben hierdoor ook besloten om de andere 2 nachten die we voor later in de week hadden geboekt, te annuleren.

PERFECT stay!! Highly recommend + Very nice and kind staff! Clean and comfortable rooms, good and diverse breakfast. Great view over the volcano, and great pool. Unfortunately stayed for only one night but would love to stay for more, one of the best places we’ve been, especially compared to the affordable price − Pay attention that you have to rent a bike l, walking from the Main Street can take some time. 🙃

+ The staff Is really kind and avaiable to respond to our requests. Room Is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There is a space we you can eat, inside and outside. Free transport to Airport. − Position is not so close to the city center.
