Very disappointing and bad stay + Nothing − We were very disappointed with our stay at this villa. The overall condition of the property was not up to an acceptable standard. The bedsheets had visible stains on them, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. The curtains were torn and appeared worn out, giving the villa a neglected feel. The towels provided were old and in poor condition and should have been replaced long ago. To make matters worse, we found a rat in our room during our stay. This was extremely concerning from both a cleanliness and guest safety perspective and significantly affected our comfort. We also experienced ongoing issues regarding our booking. Despite our reservation clearly stating 6 adults and 2 children, the staff repeatedly insisted that the villa was only for 6 adults. They continually raised this issue throughout our stay, which was frustrating and unnecessary. We were particularly disappointed when breakfast was refused for one of the children, even t…

The stay was great, with friendly staff, tasty breakfasts, a comfortable villa, and a peaceful yet convenient location. + The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. They were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast cooked fresh in our villa each morning was delicious and a real highlight of our stay. The villa was comfortable, and had a beautiful private pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal – just a short Grab ride to Canggu and Seminyak, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds and traffic. − Nothing - everything was perfect.

Beautiful, relaxing, friendly + The staff were so lovely and helpful, they arranged things for us before we had even arrived to Bali and were so fast to help us with any request. The lotus villa we stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great and we felt so safe as two girls travelling unaccompanied. It’s also very quiet where they are located but still so close to everything you need. − No conditioner in the shower but we had our hair done at the salon anyway so it wasn’t an issue.

Wonderful! Celebrated my 55th there and everything went superb + The breakfast was amazing, the location was great, the staff were absolutely wonderful − The pool could have been cleaner but it was OK. Still had a great swim. I did not have hot water in Gardenia

Paradise into a Paradise + The villa was beautiful and with no vis-à-vis (even if a tall building is under construction just in front of it). No particular noises from this construction site, so please don't worry. The staff is very very polite and we were welcomed with prune tisane and local sweets. The pool is big (Iris villa) and we had the impression the water was partially heated (compared to other villas we've been to where the water was very cold). The position is great with a Mart nearby and many good restaurants (but I highly recommend not to walk even if the place is close, but this is something I would recommend in the whole island of Bali). We had breakfast in-house and it was very good. Thank you very much!! − Water pressure was a bit low but this is me being petty :-)

Brilliant location, amazing staff. Totally recommended + There were ample villas for my requirements of hosting my birthday there for a 32 people. In addition the staff were so accommodating and helpful as we hosted the welcome dinner at one of the villas − The showers for some of the villas didn’t have hot water but it was so hot anyway, showering in cold water was fine.

+ Nice property. Amazing staff, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Made up our rooms everyday. Breakfast when we had it at the villa was very nice. Nice pool. Arranged a driver for a day trip. A short walk away was a good local pizza place, and a good coffee place. Wi-fi good. Air conditioning good. They provided mosquito spray for us as the kids were a bit prone to the mosquitos. The mosquito netting on beds was effective. − Overall definitely an above average property. You can tell though that there are a few things that could do with some minor maintenance e.g. bathroom, kitchen tap. Our villa was nearest to the street, so there was at times some minor road noise. No washing machine or dryer for clothes.
