Nice room in the middle of North Sanur Beach area + Nice staff and great swimming pool. We stayed only 1 night but it was perfect. Nice location and quite calm for a busy Sanur neighborhood.

Prima verblijf, prima prijs op goeie locatie + De ligging is fantastisch. Op loopafstand van het strand en ICON mall. Schone kamers, lekkere douche. Super lief personeel! − Het is allemaal erg gedateerd, maar dat is op de foto’s te zien. De ruimte is redelijk beperkt om je koffers te kunnen openen en kleding op te hangen.

+ We arrived and the place was a building site . I asked could I have a refund before turning around and we were told no − I will be disputing this further as I’m entitled to my money back

Better communication about issues and rules needed + Good location. Friendly staff − Pool had been emptied which was disappointing. There was no hot water and I messaged regarding this as well as to ask for a WiFi code but no response. Also breakfast (which was supposed to be included) was only available if you asked the day before… which no one told me.
