Will definitely come back again! + Great location! Grand Batam Mall is just beside. The hotel room is also comfortable! We got the one bedroom premier and come with separate bedroom with the living room area. Staff are nice and friendly too, even the security guards will help to stall the cars for guests to cross the road. And also open the side door for us. Our package comes with a complimentary dinner and also daily breakfast. Not bad spread! Nadia was super attentive and approached us to help get our complimentary welcome drink. One server even offered to take our photos! − If I really have to say something I didn’t like, that will be no plug in toilet to use hair dryer. I am just too used to doing it in the toilet.

Spacious, clean & convenient. + It's located next to Grand Batam Mall with 3 decent spas downstairs. Within walking distance there are a number of eateries too. The rooms we got were very spacious & clean. We had a 1 bedroom unit and it came with everything including stove, oven & washing machine. Staff were very friendly & helpful. They are well trained. − I think they can't really be called a luxurious 5 star hotel. It's a fancy 4 star at the most. The facilities were small. Breakfast was good in variety in a small space but quality was just alright. 3d2n is perfect.

Definitely highly recommend hotel to stay & enjoy the swimming pool. + Staffs were warmth,polite,thoughtful & security guards were always on a look out for any vehicles driving in.👏🏼 Spacious suite instead of the room I oringinally paid for,it was free upgrade. We were blessed & sincerely appreciated. Although the room weren’t quiet as I requested but I noticed that the hotel staffs did tried their best. Hotel rooms weren’t build sound proof,however they do have heavy curtain to help soundproof the room. Most importantly the hotel makes us feels comfortable & secure during our stay. Locations were very convenient especially a big mall right next to it & massage parlours were few steps away.🙏🏻 Ps: I’ve highly recommend the hotel to my friends & colleagues.✌️ − Noise from the morning prayer around 5am, big group of guests were making noise from the corridor & next door neighbor speaks loud. Some bugs issue at the restaurant while having breakfast (understood can’t be control). …
