wouldn’t return to this villa + the pool was a nice size but very dirty − the house didn’t have a door only curtains, which meant we could only spend time in the bedroom at home because it had a door and aircon, it also meant lots of bugs were able to enter the house easily the rubbish ‘bins’ were small baskets with no bin liners so made it hard to keep our villa clean due to not having any rubbish space we asked for the wifi when we arrived but didn’t receive any for the duration of our stay staff were very hard to communicate with we also had a couple items of clothing in our room that have gone missing now that we have returned home not sure if they were taken or not the keys they provided were not working nor was the code for the safe we also paid a $50 bond on booking.com which the staff didn’t know about and couldn’t refund us for when we were checking out

I’m sorry to say but Waste of money. + Honestly- not much. Really friendly staff - that’s about it. − Villa was very different to the photos Villa looked REALLY old and a lot of mosquitoes around. Air conditioning was only for the room - so if you’re chilling in the living room… with no aircon…. You’re basically just waiting for the mosquitoes to feast on you. Whole house and furniture just looked really old and worn out… you couldn’t have even thought of that from the pictures. Great job at false advertising here. Pool was dirty - clearly hasn’t been cleaned or chlorined in awhile. We didn’t even bother to go in. Shower had no hot water - we had to complain before they fixed it. And after that, the shower pressure was pathetic… it was trickling down from the shower head. That’s how sad it was. We didn’t bother to complain anymore… it was 3 nights no point arguing cos we were out of the villa most of the day anyway. Overall v poor experience - won’t be coming back. This is p…

+ Had a wonderful stay at Canggu Reserve Villa! The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great value for money in a nice quiet area + Beautiful villa, spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Quiet area not too far from other restaurants or gyms on a bike. Staff helped me with my needs, were very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay
